Wonderful apartment - clean, well-equipped, good wi-fi- just perfect for our one month stay! The building, grounds, pool area were well maintained and the neighbors were very friendly. The 1st floor location with access via screen porch was perfect for taking our small dog in and out for walks. He would also give it an all around paws up review :)

Lovely, spic and span apartment

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Just as described with all necessities, a great pool and friendly residents. Easy car rides to attractions. Close to Punta Gorda airport and Interstate 75. Not as busy as other locations in Florida. Our second time in the Burnt Store Marina and definitely coming back!

This was my favorite vrbo!!! Very nicely decorated, well equipped, and located right where I wanted to be. The pool was just around the corner and so were the grills. My husband would like to live there permanently! That's how much he liked it.

Everything we needed

We were a little uncertain renting this place since it was a new listing with no reviews. Lourdes' place was very clean and had everything we needed for a great family vacation. We immediately felt welcomed by the extra touches she provided with her place. Lourdes also accommodates our late check out request, which we really appreciated. Would stay here again.

Nice property.

Condo was clean and well appointed. It would have been nice to have a tv in the master instead of the guest bedroom. Also, no dining area, only two barstools. The pool is heated to a warm 88 degrees.

Everything was good

so many little things were already there and that made life easy. The unit was clean and pet friendly- important to us. The landlord was able to let us have a couple of extra nights when we unexpectedly needed them. We are familiar with the area so knew we would be close to many activities. And of course, there is the unbeatable Florida weather.

WONDERFUL

My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of this condo. Additionally the unit was equipped with everything we needed and more! Many extras that in the past we would normally have to buy. We enjoyed being on the ground level and so very close to the swimming pool. This condo is located in a large gated community that offerred a lot of extra amenities. We highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a place to stay in Punta Gorda.

Condo nice but not for children

I had the condo booked for a month with my 10 year old son and our dog. I am a local resident waiting for my home to be ready. I also worked during my stay. Check in process was clear except the doors had been painted covering the numbers. The floor was visibly dirty to the point both our feet were black. The living room furniture was worn and needs a good cleaning. The 3 glass tables are not attached The kitchen had 3 lights out Cabinets had tiny ants Master bed comfortable with great storage The internet was slow My cell service (AT&T) was horrible Description mostly accurate as listed This condo is not for children. Most of the neighbors were rude and treated us both poorly especially at the pool (another review mentioned the same). The owner told me painters were coming for one day. One day turned into two weeks of non stop construction with a generator outside the window, constant noise from the crane, people walking through the lanai and even entering the unit, twice while showering. I was told I couldn't leave through the door and had to leave the sliders unlocked and my dog put up. I reached out to the owner who was very understanding/apologetic and didn’t know the construction had been going on for that long. I did receive a refund for my remainder time left. I feel I should've got more as I had to make arrangements to work and stay elsewhere due to the construction. Even without the construction the cost was not worth my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. Check-in was incredibly easy and stress-free.The communication with the host was great—Lourdes was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the location at Burnt Store Marina. It was perfect for great harbor walks, and we were even lucky enough to see manatees and dolphins swimming right in the marina! It was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again

Since retirement my first winter month getaway. It was wonderful . Instructions to access condo were perfect no issues. The pool was very nice,walks around marina were priceless. A super relaxing month.

Only for senior citizens only...

Misrepresented condo, I paid almost ten thousand dollars. For 62 days, as well as one hundred and fifty dollars Clearing fee. I moved out she still wants two hundred and fifty dollars. For additional cleaning fees. just because she was charged deep cleaning.Worst mistake of my life. Water leak under the sink, hardly hot water for showering, not for kids here it's all senior citizens. Condo owner Lourdes blamed me for steeling, very unprofessional. I don't steel. I washed her blanket and put it in the closet. There is no gym unless you pay a yearly membership fee witch is hundreds of dollars. Don't waist your money please go elsewhere. Remember this is a rental, the owners around you treat you like an outsider, unfriendly old timers ...

Two Weeks in Paradise

After this past year, we needed to get away from cold Ohio and stay somewhere beautiful and warm! Lourdes’s condo fit the bill beautifully. It was decorated so tastefully and we loved everything about it. Thank you for leaving so many needed supplies, it was greatly appreciated! We will stay there again if ever down in that part of Florida in the future!

Spring escape from snowy Alaska!

We enjoyed this condo very much. We spent many hours on the screened-in patio, drinking coffee, wine and watching a pair of morning doves build a nest in the shrubs. Thankfully, we had nice weather to sit outside. How convenient that the pool was just around the corner. We used the bikes to explore the area—lots of different communities here, from condos to single homes to duplexes. It was also fun to walk the bike/walking path around the marina and watch the manatees that hang out there. We played two rounds of golf at Burnt Store Marina Country Club (rented clubs/saw alligators), had lunch at Cass Cay Restaurant & Bar, and enjoyed day trips to Punta Gorda and Cayo Costa State Park. (We took the Tropic Star ferry to the state park out of Bokeelia. Reserve in advance if you decide to go. We got the last spot when we called a few days in advance.) This condo was the perfect place to relax. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. I also liked the location. We had spent a few days in Fort Meyers, and it was nice to get away from all the traffic & development there (but it's still close enough if you need something.) Lourdes is an attentive and thoughtful host. I will definitely return if I am in the area again. Thank you, Lourdes!

Perfect getaway

This condo is perfectly updated and appointed. The decor made us feel like we were in Florida without being over-the-top. My husband and I were there with another couple and they would have preferred to not have twin beds but we knew what was there when we booked it. The owner was incredibly quick in responding to any message I sent and I would recommend her Wine Down condo! Oh, and she had a bottle of Cabernet to welcome us “home”. Nice touch!

Short stay

The condo was comfortable, clean and, well equipped. The pool was warm, well kept, and residents were friendly. The location wasn’t particularly convenient for shopping and restaurants, but it was safe and quiet. The amenities were nice. It should be noted that tennis and pickleball required a daily fee. It was a good stay.
