Family weekend getaway

We had a nice stay at the chalet. It was beautiful but the grass wasn't cut to it was hard to sit by the fire and play outside. going down to the dock was a little steep with nothing to hold on to until you got to the wood stairs and part of the dock was under water. the lake is beautiful the chalet inside was nice. Overall was a great weekend with a few hiccups.

Décevant

Nous avions loué pour 9 personnes, pas assez de tasses à café, de serviettes et vraiment trop petit pour 9 adultes. Nous avons essayé de rejoindre un responsable pendant le w-e et pas de réponse. Les sofas étaient très sales et l’ensemble est mal entretenu. Ils ont été assez gentils pour m’envoyer un oreiller oublié. Nous louons souvent et c’est le premier endroit qui nous déçoit. Heureusement les amies étaient super!!!

Bonjour L’endroit est pareil que sur les photos soit 3 chambres. Effectivement, si vous réservez pour 9 adultes, c’est petit. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous avez réservé un chalet de 3 chambres à 9 adultes. Avec des enfants, cette grandeur est parfaite. Nous avons un numéro d’urgence 24h pour nous rejoindre que nous vous envoyons par email, je pense que vous l’avez omis. Bref, nous avons été super présents pour vous renvoyer votre oreillers par la poste sans frais supplémentaire pour notre temps et le déplacement engendré. Je suis sincèrement déçu de votre commentaire. Bon retour!

Raton

The house didn’t have the basic stuff such as scrubs to wash the dishes, cleaning spray for messes the door look wasn’t efficient the house had expired food in the cabinet and on top of that we booked the cottage 4 months in advanced and no where was is mentioned to us a security fee. It the day we get there that were told to e-transfer the company the amount or else we’d be kicked out.

Okay Stay But Not As Expected

Overal, the inside of the cottage is nice. The outside was very overgrown with weeds, and the lake and shoreline are very comparable to a swamp; with dead trees growing out of the water and over the dock. However, the air conditioning was not working, and hasn't been since the last person at least (as management had an "out of order" sign, but we were not made aware before checkin. The time inside was hot and humid and the outside was overgrown and needs a lot of attention.

Perfect for families

Nice chalet on a beautiful quiet lake. Felt safe swimming and kayaking and loved the spa. Lots of room for a family.
