OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

• Two security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and one overlooking the parking area. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

• Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

• Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

• NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

• Please no littering in or around the cabin!

Paradise in the mountains witha a convenient location!

I was a little worried about the roads getting to the cabin, but it wasnt bad at all. This cabin is located less than 5 minutes from the main parkway and is centrally located to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We even seen a bear in the middle of the road that the cabin was located one. Beautiful views and a absolutely adorable cabin

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We loved the hot tub, movie room, games, and living room. Beautiful views off back porch. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owners were great with communication and available to help if we needed it. We had no issues.

Beautiful views, great for families

My family had a great time. I loved the views from the patio, the theater room was awesome. The hot tub was great. Overall, my family had a wonderful time.

Great Cabin stay!

We loved staying at this cabin as a family. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the back deck, movie nights in the theater on the lower level, and a camp fire on a chilly fall night. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The beds were more on the firm side - just fyi if you're sensitive or picky about your matress. The location of this cabin made it easy to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This is a cabin we'll keep on our list for next time we're visiting the area!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property was fantastic for our weekend getaway. It was close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to get the full mountain cabin experience. The home is equipped with everything you can think of to make a vacation perfect. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes (including some awesome popcorn bowls), and a great coffee maker combo with single-serving Keurig k-cup. The game room was fun with the pool table and arcade machine! The highlight of the weekend was the adolescent bear cub that wandered onto our patio one morning! He didn't cause any trouble, and it was the BEST experience for our family!

SO RELAXING AND GORGEOUS VIEWS

This is an amazing and relaxing cabin. We loved the jacuzzi and rocking in the rocking chairs on the back porch. Communication with management was wonderful and so accommodating. Wish we could've stayed longer. Hope to be back soon!

Best hosts!

This was our first time utilizing VRBO, having only stayed in hotels for our trip. We wanted to experience the Smokey Mountains as close as possible. I was hesitant as this was a new experience but Matt & Angie made the decision to try it easy. They communicate within minutes of sending a message, the cabin was absolutely amazing and we got to experience the serenity and nature the way God intended, with a little bit of comfort 😁 I had originally booked a hotel for our 3 day stay but switched to this cabin once I was comfortable in trying something new. I will be back, and would not hesitate to stay in the cabin again!

Mountain getaway

Family weekend getaway

We snuck away for the weekend with our daughters who were home from college - and this was the perfect spot — we enjoyed the hot tub and a movie night in the theatre room — owner was great checking in to make sure everything was going well for us — highly recomend this cabin to anyone.

100% best lodging in town

The booking and check in and out process was the easiest I’ve ever used. The cabin was found to be exactly as it was described. In fact the view was better than i was expecting. It was exceptionally clean and ready for us when we arrived. Everything worked properly(which is unusual in reantals). It was very quiet and felt secluded for romantic getaways. The overall stay was excellent and i would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway while still perfectly located between Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. I will definitely book this cabin from now on when I’m in the area. And for the price of a decent motel room who could ask for a better deal than this.

Great location with a lot of amenities

The host communicated well and the Check in/out process was easy. The cabin was full of amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked. The theater area has a great sound system.

Great place to relax with family

We had a great time staying at this property over Thanksgiving. It was very conveniently located - about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. There was also a lot to keep us busy inside, if we just wanted to hang out and relax...pool table, video games, hot tub, big screen/theater room. The kitchen was well outfitted and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Christmas Suprise

I can’t say enough about this property! It was clean cozy and had everything we needed. We arrived to find the cabin completely decorated for Christmas and it was amazing. Communication was fantastic. I highly recommend this cabin for your mountain stay. It’s local to all attractions but out of the hustle and bustle. Quick Weekend Getaway

We came in town for some hiking in the mountains and wanted a house that could get us into the park quickly every morning. Located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just off the parkway, this was the perfect spot. A quick jaunt up the hill you’ll find Matthew and Angie’s house. Communication and check in was very easy and the house was clean. The 3 king size beds was perfect for our family of six. Daily we had a visit from the local rabbit that appears fearless of humans! The view was nice to look at in the morning and at the end of a long day of hiking combined with the hot tub to sooth the muscles! Thanks for the hospitality. We enjoyed our time at your property.

Our cabin is also in a quiet small neighborhood with all the privacy you need for an escape from the crowds and noise of the cities. Best of both worlds!!
