OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

• Three security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and two overlooking the parking area and driveway. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

• Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

• Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

• NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

• Please no littering in or around the cabin!

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacle, located near the driveway.
Cabin on a well and septic systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed ever. No grease down sink.
Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Four-wheel drive recommended during snow months. No refunds due to weather or road conditions.

Lovely stay with great amenities. Matthew and Angie were very prompt with communication. The house was decorated for Christmas and It was magical! The road to get to the cabin is not bad at all for a mountain road. Ample parking and loads of rooms - this house had something for everyone in our group - adults, a teen, pre-teens, and an 8 yr old. Thank you!

This cabin is in a pristine location!! Five miles from Gatlinburg and 3-4 miles to Pigeon Forge...easy to get to everywhere. Cabin is well stocked in the kitchen and linens.

The host was very welcoming and the cabin had so many amenities. The new coffee pot wasn't working and after I looked up various ways to get it working the host sent out a brand new one right away. The location was a five also. Thank you again Matthew and Angie

I loved everything about this cabin. It was thoroughly cleaned, large, cozy and felt safe. The parking was plenty for 2 vehicles. I'm sure it could easily fit 3 or 4 vehicles. Location was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I liked that the cabin was far enough away from other cabins. It felt like we were secluded in the woods. The road to the cabin was narrow and steep in some areas so keep that in mind and plan to drive an appropriate vehicle. I would recommend this cabin to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. The parking was awesome….no problems with 3 suvs. 6 adults 3 kids and an infant…we had plenty of space. Cooked in a couple of nights….plenty of room!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Perfectly located in the middle of everything to do and see in the area. I will miss having my morning coffee and looking out at the stunning view on the back porch. Cabin was very well appointed and hosts thoughtfully checked in with us at the beginning and end of our stay. Would come back!

We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It's conveniently located right in the middle between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving us quick access to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved the mountain view every morning while drinking our coffee, and the pool table was a big hit with everyone, allowing us to wind down in the evening before bed. It was our perfect home away from home for vacation!

Paradise in the mountains witha a convenient location!

I was a little worried about the roads getting to the cabin, but it wasnt bad at all. This cabin is located less than 5 minutes from the main parkway and is centrally located to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We even seen a bear in the middle of the road that the cabin was located one. Beautiful views and a absolutely adorable cabin

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We loved the hot tub, movie room, games, and living room. Beautiful views off back porch. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owners were great with communication and available to help if we needed it. We had no issues.

Beautiful views, great for families

Great Cabin stay!

We loved staying at this cabin as a family. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the back deck, movie nights in the theater on the lower level, and a camp fire on a chilly fall night. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The beds were more on the firm side - just fyi if you're sensitive or picky about your matress. The location of this cabin made it easy to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This is a cabin we'll keep on our list for next time we're visiting the area!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This property was fantastic for our weekend getaway. It was close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to get the full mountain cabin experience. The home is equipped with everything you can think of to make a vacation perfect. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes (including some awesome popcorn bowls), and a great coffee maker combo with single-serving Keurig k-cup. The game room was fun with the pool table and arcade machine! The highlight of the weekend was the adolescent bear cub that wandered onto our patio one morning! He didn't cause any trouble, and it was the BEST experience for our family!

We have a full professionally designed theater room for your family's entertainment. This cabin is in a perfect location exactly halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Minutes to all of the attractions Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer!! Our cabin is also in a quiet small neighborhood with all the privacy you need for an escape from the crowds and noise of the cities. Best of both worlds!!
