House was great; I would not advertise it, however, as having a fenced yard for a dog to stay. There is nowhere for a dog to use the restroom (unless you want them just going on the bricks around the hot tub, which I assume is not your intent), so you must still walk your dog in order to use the restroom. I would just make this clear in your listing because others may not want this in the morning / evening.

Great Stay for a Family Weekend at OktoberfestWe had a wonderful weekend stay during Oktoberfest. The home is a nice 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is super convenient—close to the Old Mill District and just a short drive to downtown Bend, which made getting around really easy.The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a washer and dryer (though we didn’t want to do laundry on vacation!). The only thing we would’ve appreciated was a few extra towels for the hot tub, but overall, it didn’t take away from the experience.We’d definitely stay here again!

This townhouse was perfect for my birthday weekend in Bend. We walked a short distance to the end of the street and then descended a staircase to shop, eat and attend a concert in the Old Mill District. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hot tub was large enough for 4 and very secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place. Could walk to the Hayden Amphitheater and mill district.! Bed was exceptionally comfortable, as was furniture in the living space. Nice to have a spa on the patio also. A big plus was having a garage to park our car. We did need a key to the back door, which exited to patio and garage, was a bit inconvenient to go around. Last day of our stay the WiFi did not work unfortunately We would definitely stay there again

We came down to Bend with family for an event at the amphitheater. The location was perfect. The host was very communicative and we would absolutely stay here again.

Walking distance to Old Mill District

Beautiful home within walking distance of the old mill district. I was a little sad that the back patio/yard didn’t have grass for our dog, but there was a pet station just a few houses down. Hot tub was the perfect way to spend the evening after all the walking/hiking we got to do.

Loved this place

Great place, super clean, excellent location - within walking distance to Old Mill District and river trail. The ownership was super friendly and attentive - they checked in regularly to make sure all was well. Hot tub was great to relax after skiing.

Great Space just above the Old Mill

The house was nicely updated with lots of warmth. The area was really quiet despite it's proximity to Reed Markt, a local arterial Rd with direct access to Mt Bachelor, Deschutes River and High Lakes. You can walk form the private path nearby into the Old Mill. Loved having the hot tub after a day of snowboarding and my teen girls felt safe. Staff was very attentive and kind. Overall a great stay.

Great house in a great location

Jennifer checked in multiple times to see if there was anything we needed. Checkin was a breeze. Comfortably fit 6 adults, hot tub was perfect for chilly mornings and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our boys weekend.

Came into bend for a show at the amphitheater. The house was in the perfect location for our activities. The garage was big enough to fit all our motorcycles and the house was roomy enough for everyone. We liked that we were able to grill, and chill in the hot tub as well

Very nice Repeating this on every review. Fees are too high. I am rethinking using all companies like VRBO and returning to hotels or trying rent by owner. I love this way of traveling but Ifeel I am being gouged

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. We had everything we needed. A quick walk to the Old Mill District and the place was very cute and clean.

Great place to stay in Bend

This is a great place to stay to attend a concert or as a home base to discover Bend. Home was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the hot tub was too hot. I would stay there again considering the convenience but would like the temperature adjusted on the tub.
