Stunning SouthPark Guesthouse, bright & welcoming!

Located walking distance to SouthPark Mall, this bright and sunny two bedroom apartment is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment sits behind our home, so you'll access the place by walking up a side entrance, then to your private building entrance. Convenient, quiet and nicely appointed, this is a perfect home away from home for your next trip to Charlotte. Ideally suited to working individuals who are in town on business.

Huge vaulted ceilings, bright and sunny with skylights, this apartment feels much larger than it's square footage (roughly 900 sf). It was built in 2005 and has been fully renovated this year. All beds covered with allergy covers. No pets allowed. Amazing location to access all the great Charlotte destinations in SouthPark, Myers Park, Uptown and more.

The entire top floor of the building (which is 3 stories, the lower two levels are for owner use only). It is hard to envision how the space is on the top floor with limited stairs - but imagine a sloping lot, so your entrance starts at the front of the property, relatively level, and the terrain slopes down so that when you arrive to the door of the garage, you are elevated one story. At the back of the apartment, you are two stories elevated.

My family home is on the same property (in a separate building, with separate entrances) if you need anything or want any recommendations. We travel on occasion but try to have a back up available in case of emergency.

SouthPark - home to Charlotte's nicest mall (Nordstroms, Macy's, Belk, Apple, Microsoft, etc) and many amazing restaurants. This is a quiet residential area, adjacent to one of Charlotte's largest parks. There is very little traffic or commotion, perfect for those who would a quiet, safe restful location.

Charlotte is pretty car-dependent - there is some public transportation nearby and you can walk to many places from our house (SouthPark mall, Panera, Whole Foods). "Walking distance" to me is within 10-20 minute walk (under 1 mile).

Charming, comfortable guest house
Our host, Amy is kind and friendly. The guest house is well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The deco is charming. The bed is terrific.

Wonderful place to stay!
We totally enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse! It's cheerful and bright inside with a cathedral ceiling and well maintained and comfortable furnishings. All the appliances appear to be new. The guesthouse is detached from the main home so it was very quiet and we did not need to be concerned with disturbing the family when we came back late at night. Added fun--the short walk from the driveway to the guesthouse goes through a solarium--very nice! Amy was a great hostess, providing all the information we needed for check-in and about the guesthouse and the surrounding area. We highy recommend this guesthouse as a great place to stay!

Great place!
This guest house is everything it claims to be -- updated, spacious, clean, and modern. The hosts were very kind, they even helped us with our luggage when we checked in late at night. There were lots of amenities and the kitchen was fully equipped. My family and I were very comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Perfect stay
We were in need of a place to stay while visiting family. The apartment was super homey. The decor was lovely. It was super quiet. Beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We hope the apartment is available the next time we visit.

We joke that we have the quirkiest home in Charlotte. When we bought the home, it was an original 1960's ranch with a massive newish construction (2006) garage, 3 stories tall (from the back) - it actually looks quite small from the street. We have a fun large blended family and this property will be perfect for us as our eventually grown children return home to visit at our "family compound". We also LOVE the quiet location, being next door to the park and tennis courts and that we have no traffic near the house.

This property puts you in one of the most convenient areas of Charlotte with all the comforts of home (laundry, great kitchen, fully equipped, cozy sofa, and more) - all in an extremely quiet and private spot. We have easy access to all the major freeways, shopping (South Park, Whole Foods, and more). And we sit immediately next door to a huge park with 12 tennis courts, a lake, walking trails, and access to Charlotte's greenway trail.
