Its living room with a flat screen TV opens onto its terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue, terrace furniture, a parasol and Chilean girls to relax.
To you the barbecue-party with family or friends!
Its kitchenette is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a hood, a microwave, a mini electric oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer section and a dishwasher.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a chest of drawers, a shower room and an independent toilet, on the first floor.
Its floor offers you a mezzanine with a sofa bed type BZ in 140cm and a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds in 80cm.
A washing machine is at your disposal in the garden shed outside.
You have a private parking space n° 53.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
