Private Room near Temecula Wine Country

This is a Casita attached to our residence. The inside area is completely private. You have your own private entrance. You only share the front porch area. None of the inside space is shared.

Our Airbnb is self check into so you can arrive at any hour that is convenient for you on the date you are due to arrive.

We are about 10 minutes from Lake Skinner and Temecula wine country.

We are Electric Vehicle friendly. We have a Tesla charger or Nema 14-50 outlet for your own charger.

The space
We are taking extra care to disinfect this space in between guests. We use a UV light in each room for at least 15 minutes which kills 99% of bacteria and viruses. We then go over everything including the leatherette futon with Lysol and let it set for 15-20 minutes. We wipe down the sinks, toilets, remotes, light switches, door knobs, handles, and tables with clorox wipes for a third disinfection. All of the linens are washed in hot water with lysol wash disinfectant or bleach. Linens sit after washed for at least 48 hours before being used.

Airbnb automatically assumes some things when checking off amenities, which can be confusing. Our Airbnb is attached to our home, but we will not access the space at any time you are checked in and you have no access to the main part of our home.

You will have your own private entrance with a door code. You enter into the bedroom from the outside. From the bedroom, there is a separate living room. Inside of the living room is a kitchenette & stackable washer & dryer. There is an ensuite full bath with a shower. Think of it as a small one-bedroom apartment.

The bedroom has a comfortable King-sized bed with a dresser and armoire to hang your clothes. In the living room is a futon that converts to a twin-sized bed. We provide extra linens if your party requires two beds.

In the bathroom, we provide shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash. It also has a wall-mounted hairdryer.

We provide basic pots and pans, plates, and utensils, and an electric hotplate so you can home prepare meals. The kitchenette also has a small microwave, a large toaster oven, and an apartment-sized refrigerator. We have a small dining table with two seats to eat on.

There is a desk for your computer. We provide hi-speed wi-fi for all of your computers and devices. It is very easy to get connected to it.

You will have a stacked washer and dryer for laundry. We provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. There is a small ironing board and an iron located in the armoire in the bedroom.

We provide a coffee maker along with an assortment of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates. There are hot 'to-go' cups if you need a coffee on the run.

You may choose to listen to music or watch TV using Roku. You have access to Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu. We have a TV above the bed in the bedroom and another TV connected to cable in the living room.

Parking is in front of our house on the curb. But, you may make arrangements to charge your Tesla or other EV in our driveway for no charge.

Bottom line is that a couple or small family could comfortably live in this space long term if they desired.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED ON OUR PROPERTY. We will charge $100 cleaning fee if we find you smoking anything on the property.

We have two Pomeranians who will not have access to your space but they bark when they hear people coming and going. You will probably hear them in our main resident barking at something. They don't bark at night, but you may hear them throughout the day. There is an AC unit in the bedroom. It's not super loud but some people may consider it loud.

We do allow and have allowed people with pets to stay in the space. We thoroughly clean between guests, but if you are highly allergic to pets this may not be the place for you.

Guest access
You have your own private entrance to the room. Which has its own living space and bathroom.

The space is connected to our main home, but the door between the space and the main home is locked.

Other things to note
You may request a later checkout. We will most likely allow you to stay as late as you need. It depends on if we have someone else coming in. Due to Covid-19 we are taking extra care to clean and sanitize the room between guests. To help make this a little easier, we have had to change our minimum stay of 1 night to 2 nights.

We have two chargers for Teslas. We use them to charge our own Teslas, but we can make one available for you to use by request.

We are across from a park. There are walking paths available on the other side of the park. There is plenty of space at the park for outdoor activities.
