Welcome to 'Beachside ReTreat'! RETREAT, RENEW, & RECREATE...
Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this Tidewater condo offers updated accommodations perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Have you been working hard, and need to get away? This stunning first floor condo is perfectly situated, and hosts many thoughtful extras provided by the homeowners. Enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening on the comfortable screened patio. The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.
Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool, and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)
Like all Tidewater properties, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is in very high demand.
WIFI and Linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets.

* Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes*
Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project. For the latest updates from the city please visit

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.
Spacious entry foyer with bedrooms/baths on left and common areas on the right. Back of foyer hosts glass doors which open to screened porch
Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.
Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities.
Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
Bedroom 2) King Bed; private access to hall bath (tub/shower combo); Cable flat-screen TV.
*This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from5/31/25 to 8/2/26; 3 night minimum in offseason.*
