Welcome to our beloved Kihei Akahi C317, a cozy 1 bed/1 bath retreat that we're thrilled to share with you. We've poured our hearts into creating a beach chic haven, adorned with bamboo furnishings and soothing ocean hues that capture Maui's essence. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare island-inspired meals, while the air-conditioned living room offers a cool respite. Though the bedroom lacks AC, its location on the building's cooler backside and a gentle ceiling fan ensure comfort. Best of all, our condo sits less than a mile from an array of stunning beaches, diverse dining options, and charming shops. We can't wait for you to experience the slice of paradise we're fortunate enough to call our second home.

Condo Features include:
-TV’s in living room and bedroom
-Window AC in living area only. Ceiling fan and windows in bedroom
-Plush King bed, ceiling fan, TV and bathroom just off bedroom
-Full bathroom with standup shower
-Seating for 4 inside at the dining table
-Open lanai with table for 2 amongst the lush, fragrant tropical foliage
-Kitchen offers full size appliances: fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave
-Small appliances: coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, rice cooker
-Plateware, glassware, cooking utensils and pots/pans provided
Added bonuses: beach chairs, washer and dryer in unit, free parking, free Wifi

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful, lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office, and library on-site! This location is ideal with warm, sandy beaches right across the street and favorite dining spots right next door, including Fred’s Mexican Cafe, Moose McGillycuddy’s Sports Bar, Penny’s Pizza, and 808 Sugar Hi for Ice Cream. Just a block North, you also have Café O’lei, 808 Deli Deli for salads and sandwiches and numerous other restaurants, shops, and boutiques to wander through in search of the perfect gifts to bring home.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different from the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

My Maui Vacation

Overall the rental was very clean. It was definitely an older unit, however, and the carpet should be replaced for sure, but we felt comfortable in the cleanliness it offered. We did, however, find a dirty diaper and one of the kitchen measuring cups under the couch on about Day 4 of our stay. That was bad.We also found the communication with the Guest Relations terrible. There was no dustpan which we needed to sweep up sand that had brought into the apartment, and the response back to us in an email, text and two phone calls was ridiculous. What if it had been an emergency?Anyways, we had wonderful weather and used the bar-b-que several times. Found everything to be clean and well kept. Thank you.Linda

Communication with property manager was great. Worked flawlessly, no issues! Property was in a great location, close walk to three beaches, restaurants close by, beautiful grounds, very well kept. Unit was clean, needs a bit of an update, carpet needs to go. Worked great for what we wanted. Would definitely come back!

Everything we needed.

We were close to our family residence and to the ocean beaches. If was not too fancy, but provided everything we needed for a pleasurable stay.

Maui destination

Had a lovely stay at a Kihei Akahi condo. Beautiful condo which has everything you could ever want: breach chairs, coolers, kitchenette, tv, lanai - could go on and on. Would definitely come back for another visit but unfortunately the cost is a little high.

We were not disappointed. This unit was even better- quiet, clean, very spacious and well equipped- we felt right at home. Loved the location as it is central and everything is very walkable and in close proximity. We cooked every meal at the unit and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and used the community bbq every day. Everyone in the complex is friendly and helpful and we spent many hours on the property itself because it was so enjoyable. The balcony in our unit, the pools, even relaxing in the unit itself was extremely enjoyable. Communication with the organization was fast and efficient and they even got us into the unit earlier then we expected and we will absolutely be back and hope to stay in the exact same unit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Maui!

Reviewer Comments: Unit C317 was dirty, not covid cleaned at all, it was very fiflthy. Other properties on Maui sanitized their units, leaving a a safety tape across the door. Not Kihei Ahahi, they didn't even clean like not alone pandemic clean!
