Located on the 3rd and top floor of a residence with lift access, this apartment offers a practical setting for your seaside stay.
It features a living area with a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including a ceramic hob, extractor hood, multi-function microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two 80 cm single beds and a mezzanine with a 140 cm double bed.
The apartment also comprises a shower room and a separate WC.
You will also enjoy the balcony with outdoor furniture, as well as a private parking space no. 110, a real advantage during the summer season.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
