Summer offers everything outdoors with dozens of biking and hiking trails out the door and a 10 minute walk to Silver Lake Village, Stein Eriksen 5-star Lodge, and Goldener Hirsch Hotel and Restaurant. Hike from the house down the Lookout trail to downtown Park City or up the mountain on dozens of trails. This convenient and exclusive home in Upper Deer Valley has the best views in the community overlooking the double diamond chutes in Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort ski runs. Great Summer House

Very clean and beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from Park City. This home has it all including a movie theater that is perfect for family movie time after a busy day. The owners were great to work with and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommended!

Beautiful home. Great location.

We had a lovely time in this gorgeous, spacious home. Location was convenient to Main Street, where there are ample great restaurants and shopping. We took many breathtaking hikes. Went fly fishing, rafting, kayaking, rented jet skies and ATVs. Sara was most helpful and available upon request of additional information. We would love to return.

Beautiful home, superb location, highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this property in Deer valley. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for the week. Conveniently located close to both deer valley and park city. Our group was hesitant to travel during the pandemic but everything felt so safe. The house was spotless upon arrival and the mountains took every precaution to ensure a safe visit. Highly recommend- we hope to come back and stay here soon.

Thank you for your stay and your kind comments. We have recently renovated our Deer Valley home and it sounds like you enjoy it as much as we do. And I agree that it is better to be outside in masks and goggles enjoying the ski mountain or snowshoeing instead of inside during the pandemic!

We love to ski, make dinners together, and enjoy the summer fun here in town too. Ski, bike, hike, camp and come home to a luxe home with views, hot tub, steam room and 5 star accomodations. We also love the recent renovations -- new furnishings, new paint, new carpeting, new everything.

Chef kitchen, high ceilings, natural light and breathtaking views with rapid access to everything in the area while having quiet and privacy when you want it. Mid-mountain Deer Valley is the best place to be!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Exclusive Door to Door Shuttle is better than ski-in/out in many cases because many of the ski in properties don't get good snow for some of the year. There is very limited parking mid-mountain so most people have to park down in town or at the bottom of the Mountain which adds an hour or more to just getting up the Mountain while you carry all your gear. In the summer you are at the Mid-Mountain trailhead which can take you along the 8000' contour for miles past Montage Hotel, Park City and well beyond Canyons Resort. The Lookout Trail starts in the neighborhood that takes you down to town. You are a 10 minute drive to the top of Guardsman Pass which takes you either towards Heber and Midway on a beautiful drive in one direction or over to Big Cottonwood Canyon. It is the best of everything!
