We offer 4 exclusive apartments with 83-90 sqm, which were rebuilt in 2013.

The apartments are located in a peaceful, yet suburban location in the district of Günzburg Deffingen. Distance to downtown or Günzburg Legoland Germany only 2km!

Each apartment has:
- Balcony or terrace
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (extra beds can be provided), thus space for 4-6 persons
- Kitchen, living room and bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher
- TV and Internet
- Possibility of barbecue available

Prices from 60 to 85 euros per night. Since the target of the prices even after the duration of your stay, we make you an offer tailored to you!

Die not meet expectations !!

We never saw the owner, a friend brought the key and wifi code, no further information was given.Appartement had a bad smell (smoke), matrasses were very bad and pillows and bedding did not smell fresh. Garden very poorly maintained, outside furniture in bad shape. Also did not match with add: No microwave, no washing machine, tv fable: not working. I chose the place because of the excellent reviews...we have no idea why it's rated so high. Positive points: very spacious, kitchen & kitchenwate was ok, big shower, lots of closet space, close tot highway, shops and LEGOland.

Alles Top. Der Zustand is sehr gut, Check-in super entspannt. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zum Legoland natürlich unschlagbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Super ausgestattete schöne Wohnung

Eine große helle Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Vielen Dank! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Sehr gute Lage. Legoland in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Ferienwohnung sauber, großzügig modern. Immer wieder gerne.

Perfect apartment and welcome!

My family had a perfect stay. The new apartment was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for a visit to Legoland. Above all the friendliness of Mr. Fasold left us very happy with the choice. I will return to Mr. Fasold´s apartment another time.

Great place great location

We loved Josef's place. We got stuck in traffic on the way and were 2 hrs late but he was there waiting for us. I had myself my nanny and my 3 kids 2,4,7. It was a great space. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There was also small yard to play in for the kids. The location was great 5 minute drive to legoland and there was a great beer garden about a 5-10 min walk away. They had a playground for the kids and both outdoor and indoor seating. The apt had wifi which gave us trouble at first but Josef took care of it and we had no problems with it for the rest of the stay. The bedding was comfy, the kitchen had everything you would need, and there was a table inside and outside to eat on. All in all great place, very reasonably priced, and I would come here again.

super!!!!!!!!

Supertolle, große, neue, saubere,helle FW!!!!! Ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, mit Terrasse, Grünfläche und Grill!!!! Pferde in der Nähe! Der Vermieter war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht - genau das Richtige!

Tolle Wohnung - toller Vermieter!

Diese schöne große Ferienwohnung ist - wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich - neu, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Zum Kochen haben wir alle notwendigen Utensilien gehabt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben mit unseren 2 Kindern (5+7) dort verbracht um das sehr nahe gelegene Legoland zu besuchen. Auch der fußläufig erreichbare Biergarten (mit kleinem Spielplatz) war für die Abendmahlzeit unter freiem Himmel toll. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen - auch die Lage in dem kleinen, ländlichen Ort ist sehr schön. Die A 8 ist schnell zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahe gelegenen Günzburg. Viiiiiielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter für die tolle Betreuung!!!
