Beautiful two bedroom along with a queen sofa bed, two full bath condo on the canal. Newly renovated kitchen and bath.Pool right out the back door. 2nd floor with winding rear stairway to canal/dock

Perfect vacation spot

The property definitely exceeded expectations. The layout of the place is perfect and whatever we needed was available.We were able to see dolphins and manatee right from the lanai. The pool was wonderful and the neighbors were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is so much to do in this area and great restaurants close by. The owner is very helpful and was even able to get us in a day early.

The condo exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated. Great canal view. Super comfortable bed. Everything we needed and more. Chuck is a great host. We will be back! Thank you for a great month!

Relaxing vacation!!!

Property is just what it says. It’s so comfortable and relaxing. I would give this property a A+. Pool was heated and quiet neighborhood. We will be back next year!!!

Fantastic!!!

Check in was easy. The host communicated very promptly to any questions. Unit was great. We stayed a month and never had any troubles and didn’t expect any. Other property owners were very friendly. Pool was heated and very very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Seen many dolphins and manatees. Can’t ask for anything better than that!!! 5 star unit!!! Thank you

Great place to stay!

The place is very nice & we really enjoyed sitting on the lanai having our meals out there and in the evenings. It's stocked with plenty of things you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood where we rode our bikes just about every day. The owner Chuck was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cape Coral getaway

Really nice condo. Easy to communicate with property owner. Centrally located. Close to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back next winter!

We were there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It’s view it’s location and would love to do it again. If we had any questions or issues they were dealt with immediately. Very accommodative and friendly. Highly recommend this condo.

Nice canal front condo

Great condo in a great location. Centrally located in Cape Coral near shops and activities. Well stocked and newly renovated. Owner great to work with. Very nice experience.

I have been going to Florida and different parts of Florida over 30 years when I came to Cape Coral and all the water it reminded me of a Key West style area And fell in love with it.

With all the choices out there to rent I believe this two bedroom two bath condo with the views that it has and the location/price is one of the best rental properties out there. We Wanted to make it comfortable And wanted to feel when you walk through the door like you are home and not like a hotel.
