But the real magic is outside. Our property boasts a large, beautiful yard that is a true extension of the White Mountains' majesty. It’s perfect for kids to play, morning coffee with mountain views, or cozy evenings by a fire pit under the stars. We are your ideal base camp—close enough to easily access all the hiking, skiing, and scenic drives the White Mountains offer, yet tucked away enough to provide genuine peace and quiet.

Jefferson is a beautiful location that is near to a lot of great activities. You can get to Santa Village in 10 minutes, 10-15 minutes to get to white mountain trails, 15-20 minutes to ski and so much more. The location is also close to major roads so its easy to get in and out but still feel very private.

The architecture and the landscape makes the property very unique. Its just amazing to sit in the sun porch and watch the sun set or sit in the hot tub and look at the stars at night.
