169 Wildflower was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable & the location is close to town & to the ski resort. The fireplace makes the place feel warm & cozy. The recent addition of new flooring looks great!

Birthday Weekend

We stayed for a birthday weekend and love it! The location was perfect, a short 20 minute walk to the main street in town with bars, restaurants, and shops. Close to holiday valley too. We had anything we could have needed and would book again.

Great place!

Stayed there for the 4th of July. Golfing at the nearby resort was awesome and the location of the house was walking distance to the bars.

Great location!

My friends and I loved this property for a girls weekend to do some shopping and dinner! Great location and was a quick drive to the village, looked like a safe walk too. Very clean and spacious, we will definitely be back!

Perfect for a girls night!

Stayed here for a small adult girls slumber party and it was perfect! Great interior decor, quick communication, and cozy for our slumber party vibe. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The location is very close to HV Ski Resort & only a mile into town. The condo has two bathrooms, TVs in every room, a spacious kitchen & a great layout. The owner is responded very quickly when we had a question. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and plenty of space to get a good nights rest before hitting the slopes. I reached out to Doug several times with questions and every time he replied within minutes! Highly recommend.

Great Location / Very Clean!

My family and I really loved this property for the weekend! It was the perfect location for us - 1 mile from town and right across from Holiday Valley! It was very clean and you could tell that it has been recently updated. We will be coming back again!

Ski Condo Close to Slopes

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is in an excellent location. The kitchen is well-stocked with small appliances. There are plenty of beds & privacy for guests. There is plenty of seating in the living room & dining room. It is great that there are two full bathrooms & washer/dryer. Lots of games available for guests, too.

Great ski weekend

Host was great, responded promptly to all of my questions. Property had everything we needed for a great weekend. Very clean, lots of towels /linens and everything we needed to make meals. Very convenient for me to drop the kids off skiing and pick them up promptly.

Amazing Property

My 5 kids and wife stayed here and it was an amazing stay. It was the perfect size and location for us. Everything was clean and ready for us to arrive. The owner was a great communicator leading up to our stay and did everything possible to make sure our stay would be excellent. It did not disappoint. Can walk to Holiday Valley or village in just minutes. Would love to stay here again soon and already booked another stay.

Only part I wished was different eas the proximity to the actual village... it said walking distance ... that would be a really long cold walk... we had to still drive to the bars/restaurants area.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in Ellicottville but were very disappointed when we went to use the pullout sofa bed and there was no bedding to put on the very thin mattress. The bunks were great for our kids but one of the top bunk railings was broken & unusable. The unit was spacious, clean and in a really convenient location with easy access.

We liked how close the property was to Holiday Valley. We also appreciate the very reasonable price of the rental and were able to divide the expense 3 ways. HOWEVER, it was not clear from the posting that the 2 of the 3 bedrooms were within one large room divided by a loft. This townhouse was set up to maximize the number of beds and not for privacy.

Exactly what was needed

Had a big golf group in town staying at different properties. This spot was close to town/resort and was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. The PM communicated details on check/in and out. Most places have a list of things to do when checking out, not here. The cleaning crew takes care of everything. Pretty much lock up, and leave.

Got the job done :)

The home is definitely used mostly as a rental as the wear and tear was apparent, the pots and pans were not great quality, but overall the home served its purpose for us and got the job done. The host was responsive when the bathroom lights weren’t working, although the issue wasn’t resolved we did have conversation about it and he gave us a few ideas to try. Such a cute little town to explore.

Douglas’ property is as advertised- convenient, clean and comfortable. Douglas was welcoming and exceptional at communicating. Our group of 7 adults of friends and family loved the condo and we will check it’s availability the next time we ski at Holiday Valley.

Excellent Property

My husband & two young adult children just had a wonderful 3 day visit. I was home with a stomach virus. The place is beautiful, with plenty of beds, seating around the dining table, cozy fireplace, great location & excellent views. We look forward to returning! Happy 2023!

Storage unit for your ski's. Professional cleaning service before every check in. 2 full bathrooms, with one on the first floor. This is an end unit so it is very quiet at night.
