Amazing spacious Woodland Hills home. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Area for working at home or a music studio on the lower level. 2 car garage with plenty of daytime visitor parking. Perfect Woodland Hills location. Shopping, restaurants and easy freeway access.
Other things to note
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utility bill portion will be prorated respectively with reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $199 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guests against damages covered in this policy.
NO PETS – Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum.
Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
