Centralized location lets you feel like you are in a secluded mountain area yet go up to the top of the ridge and you're on the main drag through Branson on Old Highway 76.Cabins are getting dated...this is the second one we've stayed in within the past six months and both had minor issues with the enclosed decks, screens loose, shades missing brackets, etc., which detracted from that first cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. Otherwise, good value for the rental costs...convenient location and 1000 Hills gives you access to some of their other facilities.

BED BUGS!!! I woke up the second morning with a few bites on my legs but didn’t think much of it. The next morning I had several more, and my wife found a bed bug crawling on the sheets. We immediately started looking all over. We found several hiding under the trim in the master bedroom and bath. We left immediately, two days before expected. When I reached out to the rental office they texted me a weak apology but refused to give me a refund.

There are a few things that i noticed when we arrived that needed maintenance on the refrigerator is leaking water on the inside shelves, the pocket door to the downstairs bathroom has a broken latch, the screen on the back porch was torn in a couple of places and the shower head upstairs is not working properly.

A nice 5 night get away. Our morning walks to the outlet mall was an extra bonus. Cabin was central located to our activities that we chose to do including the restaurants.We recommend this cabin.

Great place to stay in Branson!

Nice cozy place with lots of places to sit and enjoy your stay. One block over from the outlet Mall just off the strip but nice and quiet. Wonderful stay!

Beautiful cabin in a great location. The only suggestion is they need assigned parking. Also, the screen on the balcony needed replacing, however, it was too hot to sit out there.

Great Place rough in the heart of Branson, but still a private location just off the main road.

Thousands Hills was our Check in spot and they were great. We have stayed with them several times through them, but this is first Time through VRBO.

We stayed here for the weekend and unfortunately discovered bugs in the beds during our stay. After reporting it, we were told they may have been “bat bugs,” but regardless, guests should not have to deal with bugs in sleeping areas. Maintenance also came to inspect the issue.This turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful and expensive situation. We had to wash and dry all of our clothes immediately and throw away personal items, including luggage, out of fear of bringing bugs home.The most disappointing part was the response from management, which felt delayed and lacking urgency given the seriousness of the situation. With so many positive reviews, we expected much higher standards of cleanliness and customer care. I would recommend future guests thoroughly inspect the beds and furniture upon arrival.Rena was the manager we spoke with and she was not understanding, apologetic or acting like she cared at all. She was just continually trying to make excuses for the matter. While understand someone else must have brought them in. They should be offering a full refund for all of the expenses we’ve had to endure due to them not doing a routine check for bed bugs. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Ruined our trip.

The host was great, cabin was great. We did have an issue with the TV's and WIFI. When we got there the TV's were not working so a technician had to come out. ANd he did come out on Saturday and fix the problem.But the WIFI didn't work from when we checked in on Saturday afternoon until a technician came on Monday afternoon and we checked out on Tuesday.

Okay but could be better!

Our stay was very quick. The condo was nice but i feel like it was over priced. The second night/last night we got in from silver dollar city with my family and the hot water wasn’t working or it was low so that was a bummer to the trip. Also the check in process was kind pushy on them talking you into booking through them and then they send you several other messages throughout the days about booking with them and although it’s nice to have communication I think it could have been toned down on booking things through the clubhouse/resort!

Nice stop on our drive

I was traveling with my husband and 4 kids (2, 5, 7, 8), we decided to stop in Branson for two nights to break up a long road trip. The house was nice, clean. We did use the pool, the pictures were a little deceiving in that it was a few blocks away from this property. The house is really not 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a loft and it is hard to quietly access a bathroom from that bedroom. The master suite bathroom cannot be accessed without waking up the people sleeping in there (the sink and shower are in the bedroom) and the downstairs bathroom attaches to that bedroom with a sliding door. If that's not an issue for your group, than this would be a great stay. But with little kids who we were really trying to maximize their sleep, it wasn't great. The loft area is pretty bright at night as well. The screen porch was fantastic and we really enjoyed breakfasts and evenings out there!

Decent but could be cleaner

This was roomy but could have been more fine tuned. The internet is constantly going in and out. We only had 2 remotes for 4 TV which was a real pain to share when all rooms are being used. The bedding for the sofa bed was stained. There was no sponge or anything to clean with except 1 dishtowel and paper towels. And I spilled some plain water on the floor and wiped it up with a white cloth, it was obvious that floor hadn't been mopped before our arrival. And the pool needed work. The entrance gate was broken and to get in you had to walk down hill and over a rocky boarder to the back entrance. Pretty sketchy especially for kids. Don't think I'll stay here againl.
