One bedroom, one bathroom unit, with pull out bed, accommodates up to four adults comfortably and is easily accessible for those with limited mobility. There is a newly renovated, fully loaded kitchen and comfortable living room with sofa sleeper. There are flat screen televisions in the bedroom and living room. The complex has a 24 hour front don’t desk, over 25 schedule activities per week, and an outdoor family friendly heated pool and an adult hot tub as well as a dedicated children’s pool, It also has a fitness and activity center and children’s playground. There are boogie boards, sand toys, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach towels and bikes available for your enjoyment at no added cost. Just walk across the street to enjoy the spectacular beach or walk to Carlsbad Village where you will find many quaint shops and restaurants.
