250 Flamingo St - Luxury & Modern 2 story home on canal with pool!

250 Flamingo is a modern 3bed/2bath canal front pool home with all of the comforts of home and more. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom, the 2 guest rooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom, along with an extra half-bathroom in the center of the home. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv with cable and internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishware to accommodate a home cooked meal for the family. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

On the outside, this home features a large patio spanning the length of the home that overlooks your private pool and the canal. Here you can swim, grill, relax, or watch for our Florida wildlife. Manatees, iguanas, dolphins, and many other birds and lizards or a very common sitting here on the island and this property is the perfect place to spot them! This property does not have a boat dock or facilities for boat.

This property is located in the southern midsection of the island, beach access is a short walk across Estero Blvd (0.3 miles), there is a Publix grocery store (1.4 miles north). Most of the fun is further north in Times Square, just a short trolley or drive down the Blvd!

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Amazing experience

Our family rented this home for a week. The location was perfect and lots to do around the area and if your more of a homebody the pool kept our kids busy for hours. Would come back anytime!

Fabulous Stay at Flamingo!

We had a fabulous stay! Everything was just as the description said. The house and amenities were beautiful and very comfortable. The management company was very accommodating and friendly. We loved working with them! The sunrise view on the back porch was gorgeous! We spent every morning sipping coffee while watching the sun come up. Our days were spent at the beach and in the private pool. We had a very memorable time together as a family!

The house was perfect and it’s a great location

It’s a beautifully decorated house that was very clean the beds were comfortable everything in the house worked and we had everything we needed The only thing lacking was some beach chairs and pool floats would have been nice to have Its a very nice neighborhood and a short walk to beach access I would definitely stat there again

Great waterfront vacation

This is a beautiful, newer construction home. Everything is as advertised. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The pool is beautiful. A couple of comments: When we got there the grass was almost 2' tall around the pool- we called and they had the lawn service there later the same afternoon. If you bring your boat the biggest issue is the fact that you have to cross a swale that was full of water most of the time to get to the seawall. They should add some sort of "bridge" or gangplank to cross this so your feet don't get muddy. Also if you have a larger boat it might be challenging to get to the channel at low tide. NOTE: you do not get access to the garage or lower level of the home. Overall would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful. It was not clear that this was up several stairs which was a bummer because my 86 year old father was with us. It would have been nice for him to not have to keep navigating the stairs. Other suggestions - there were 3 adults and there was a hotel style coffee pot. I wanted to buy a full size and just leave it but my husband wouldn’t let me. Why in such a beautiful full functioning kitchen would you have a two cup coffee pot. Made no sense. Sorry. The lack of responsiveness from the rental property manager with the malfunctioning washer and dryer was a disappointment as we were scrambling to do laundry the day before we left as it was fixed that afternoon after calling Friday - we left on Tuesday. These are more suggestions than necessarily complaints for the next renter. There was a lot of construction going on which was extremely noisy two days with all the banging and beeping. We opted for the beach and used the pool later after construction stopped.

While the FMB area is still pretty hard hit from hurricane Ian, this home was a lovely and peaceful oasis for our family. We’ve been coming here for years, so we did have to make some adjustments to our trip. Staying home & cooking more worked out for the better, the pool was great entertainment for the kids and the beach was nice and clear for us. We can’t wait to come back next year and experience this wonderful home again!

No communication

I get that a hurricane came through. I really do understand that things are happening down there. But I couldn’t control that. I needed some kind of guidance on coming down from Indiana to the property and got no response 3 days before the hurricane hit until now. 10 days since first contact about procedure and no response. STILL. Very upsetting and I was looking forward to this trip. Couldn’t get a flight or rental car due to hurricane and company never responded about the house or if it was even still there. Disappointing

This house is a beautiful updated home with a short walk to the beach . The private pool was perfect for the family to enjoy during the evening. This house has all the things you need from coolers , beach bags and an outdoor grill .

House was clean, inviting & had all the necessities! Management company was extremely professional with quick responses. Loved morning coffee on the upper deck, enjoying the birds & morning sun. The beach was a close walk; wagon & beach chairs provided. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family vacation

The house was clean, a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Rental company was great to work with as well. We had an issue with the pool being too cold and they had someone out the same day to adjust the heater. I preferred this location further away from Times Square, but if you want to drive to that area it’s at least 50mins most of the day. Santini Plaza is a mile south and has some great restaurants and shopping though.
