This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is just 650 feet from the beach and features a private heated pool and a spacious, fenced-in backyard. The gas grill makes poolside BBQs a breeze—ideal for grilling burgers and steaks. Rinse off the sand and saltwater in the convenient outdoor shower, and the backyard gate offers direct access to the beach. Inside, the house has been fully upgraded with brand-new furnishings, modern bathrooms, and a kitchen with stunning granite countertops. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, as do the two guest bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
