Designed for modern living, this home is equipped with all the amenities and conveniences you desire. The gourmet kitchen features sleek appliances and ample storage, making it perfect for both casual or gourmet cooking. The well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms offer a serene sanctuary to unwind after a day of adventures. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, while the first guest room also features a king bed for ultimate comfort. The second and third guest rooms each offer cozy queen beds, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep. Escape to your own private oasis with the outdoor amenities. Whether you're hosting a barbecue with friends and family on the spacious patio, lounging poolside with a refreshing drink in hand, or simply soaking up the sunshine in the lush backyard, outdoor living has never been more inviting. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Great family rental

What a great home for a family vacation! Beach accessories and a wagon to transport, beach towels, this place has everything! The lanai was a plus, our daughter swam her days away in the pool and loved every minute of it.

The property is very nice, Had everything you need. The pool was nice, I think it could have been a bit cleaner, but they did say it was stained. More then enough room for two couples. We did not have a car, just a bit far from the square. But defiantly walkable. Had to ask for more T.P. I would reamend this home.

Nice property & great location.

We stayed here over the holiday for a family vacation. The home was clean, it had everything we needed; bonus everything is newer. We enjoyed the pool and bbq. Just a short walk to the beach, they provided a wagon and chairs and its a nice walk to Times Square. There is construction going on in the area but it didn't directly affect us. It's nice to see Fort Myers Beach being rebuilt. Highly recommend this property.

Friends vacation

Had a great time at this home. It was very clean, well maintained and everything we needed was here. Loved that all the rooms had queen or larger beds for the 4 couples on vacation. Would highly recommend.

Great place, not enough linens

Place was clean and in walking distance to beach and center to restaurants. My only complaint was for a family of 8 that there was only 3 wash cloths even though there was plenty of towels. Also, could have used more garbage bags and an inside recycling container. As well as, as more toilet paper.and paper towels.

NASTY POOL

The house itself is just OK. Four adults fit fine in this house, but I wouldn’t want to have anymore than four as it would be quite crowded. The pool was NASTY! Nasty to the point we could not use it after the first 24 hours. It was turning greener by the hour, and by the 3rd day, you could not see the bottom of the pool. I wish I was able to download the photos on this review, unfortunately, I’m not able to. But trust me, it was GROSS! I contacted the management company on Wed. morning and I was able to send them the photos of the “green pool” and they agreed that it was quite bad. A pool tech showed up on Thursday and treated the pool. By Friday morning it looked good, unfortunately, we had to check out Friday at 10 am. I think the most disappointing part is that the property management company contacted the homeowner and told him the situation. We were told by the management company that the homeowner didn’t think this was true, and therefore there would be no sort of refund. By no means was I expecting some big refund, but more acknowledging the situation and apologizing and maybe receiving some sort of a small refund. After all, one of the reasons we chose this place was because of the pool. It’s very disappointing we were only able to use it 1 out of the 5 days we were there.For the record, Sun Palace Management company was very good to work with and they were quite helpful. It was the homeowner of this property that was not helpful.

Girls Trip

This is a great rental. We had a group of seven friends and had plenty of room! Super clean, nice decor, comfy beds, and great communication with renters if needed. Has everything you could possibly need! Great pool and outdoor area, close to beach and restaurants. Would happily rent this house again!

House with pool is so nice. Very quiet at night hanging in the screened in pool area is extremely enjoyable. Very close to town/restaurants and bars! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great house in a great location

Everything was great about this rental. Easy quick communication with owners when necessary. House had a great pool we enjoyed as well as a shed full of supplies for us to use for the beach -- including a wagon to tow it all. Location was perfect, there were a couple of food locations right up the street that were so handy when we wanted to pick up and eat at home without having to cook or drive anywhere. The ice cream and biscuit places were especially good.

This place was a gold mine with a walking distance to just about everything in fort myers beach! We came with a party of 6 and it had more than enough room, a fantastic, screened in pool area with chairs and a table to lounge in near the pool. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and various shops. We were all absolutely devastated that we had to leave, but believe me when I say this place will be on our radar for next time!

Fantastic home and property! Well stocked and set up. Enclosed pool area was perfect for relaxing and floating in the Crystal clear pool. Location is excellent, quiet neighborhood but close walking to Time Square for shopping and dining out! We are definitely going back

Perfect place

We loved it. My family and my sisters - 6 adults and a 16 year old. We stayed 4 daysover thanksgiving. I cooked some sides to take for the actual thanksgiving day. The kitchen had everything I needed. Plenty of room. Nicely decorated. Super enclosed pool area with TV. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Wagon and beach chairs and towels provided. Wow.

Great space for a girls weekend

We had a great time at this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there was plenty of room for 5 adults, the outside space was welcoming and stores and restaurants were walking distance away. We appreciated the beach gear and provided towels. The owner was quick to respond if we had a question. We really enjoyed our time here.

GREAT FAMILY RENTAL

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed here for a full week and couldn’t be happier with our experience! Walking distance to the beach, the bars, restaurants, and all the night life Fort Myers has to offer. The pictures do not do this place justice. The screened in pool and outdoor area was perfect, the beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed to hit the beach! Highly, highly recommend. Our family will be back!!

Fireworks and a Hurricane - 2021!

We stayed at this property July 3 - July 10, 2021 and had an awesome time. The house was more than big enough to accommodate my wife and me, three teenagers, and our small dog. It was an exciting week with fireworks on the beach on Sunday and Hurricane Elsa rolling in on Tuesday! The owners, George and Linda, are fantastic. They checked-in frequently to make sure we were doing okay as Elsa approached and passed through. They also brought us flashlights in case the we lost power which I appreciated. We were all impressed with the cleanliness of the house, and the wonderful fenced backyard/patio area that includes a lanai covered pool, a flat screen TV, a new gas grill for cooking, and just a really cool tropical vibe with plenty of shady spots. My wife and daughter loved the patio lounge furniture! Honestly, this place has everything you need for a great family vacation. Beach access and ice cream is a short five minute walk straight down the street. The only downside I'll mention is that the backyard neighbors (on the other side of the fence) are very close and if they are rowdy, you will hear them loud and clear when you are at the pool. I would definitely go back to this property for another stay. Thank you George and Linda!

Fun Stay!

We were a family of 8 and had a great time! The pool and screened in back porch were great! All beds were clean and cozy. The bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning but nothing bad. The house was stocked for cooking and hanging out and the location was absolutely perfect! Plenty of parking and space. The pics don’t do it justice.
