Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath log home located on on crystal clear Kusel Lake. Hot tub on patio. Sandy Beach. Great room with wood fireplace, Smart TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, family room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, foosball table, Washer and dryer, large deck and windows with amazing view of Kusel Lake, Weber gas grill with propane. Screen porch with lovely furniture. The property also has an outdoor fire pit that overlooks the lake with seating, firewood included. Private pier and swim raft, excellent sand bottom swimming area. Single & double kayaks, kid kayak, paddle boat, 2 paddleboards, canoe, and row boat for your enjoyment. You can rent a pontoon boat. Great area for walks, biking, hiking. Waushara county has many hiking, biking, snowmobile trails. Within minutes of Nordic Mtn ski area for boarding downhill skiing tubing, and cross country ski trails. Cut your own or purchase your Christmas tree at our local Tree Farms, craft barns, hay rides photo opportunities. Fun for every season!

Photo spot: the covered bridge with the Pine River flowing beneath is 5 minutes away (park setting next to the bridge allows for great photo opportunities)

Enjoy plentiful antiquing in Princeton just 35 minutes away or take a drive through the large Amish and Mennonite areas that are located in Waushara County. For a fun day trip winter spring fall or summer Wisconsin Dells is just a little over 1 hour away. Winter Wonderland: A winter wonderland located just 3 miles from Nordic Mountain Ski Hill, a wonderful family atmosphere ski/snowboarding resort with runs for the whole family. Nordic Mountain also has a wonderful snow tubing hill for those who don’t ski or snowboard this is a blast for all ages. Additional nearby ski areas include Granite Peak 1hr and Cascade Mountain 1 hr 15 min. Waushara & Waupaca County have wonderful snowmobile trails throughout the county. The area boasts of 96 lakes so ice fishing is at a premium, the local marinas can outfit you with bait and tackle. Groomed trails for cross country ski & snowshoe are also plentiful, with local equipment rental
