Comfortable cottage 130 m², with 8 independent beds (3 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed). Ideally located, located 2 minutes from the Lille Paris motorway and the Calais Reims motorway, 20 minutes from Lille, Cambrai, 15 from Douai, Arras, Lens and Henin Beaumont.

Two other cottages with 11 places (7 beds each) and one with 22 places (14 beds) are available nearby.

• Each bedroom has a 108cm smart TV, providing entertainment and privacy for each occupant.

• A fully equipped kitchen for 12 guests, with raclette set, fondue set, plancha, blender and toaster: everything is provided for gourmet and convivial meals.

Everyday comfort

• All windows have electric shutters to adjust the light and guarantee the freshness inside.

• Velux windows are equipped with external solar shutters ensuring total darkness, for peaceful and restful nights.

• On the first floor: a large entrance hall with coat racks and shoe racks, two modern bathrooms, two toilets, a practical pantry and a functional laundry.

• A large 50 m² living room, the heart of the house, encourages moments of exchange and sharing.

• Upstairs, a corridor leads to four bright bedrooms, each equipped with Velux windows and external solar shutters for optimal sleep.

Hébergement agréable mais un confort moyen

Longère proche d’une rue heureusement pas trop passante ,construction neuve d’une sorte de grange aménagée en une vaste pièce à vivre au réz de chaussée …hélas tout le sanitaire est également au Rez de chaussée 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes .alors que Les chambres sont à l’étage ,2 grandes et deux petites aménagées de façon un peu spartiates( peu de rangements,ni chevet,ni lampe ,ni étagère,aucune déco)mais dotées chacune d’une télé .Volet velux cassé dans une des chambres…Cuisine bien complète mis à part quelques casseroles et couvercles qui font défaut. Linge de maison complet .Propriétaire très présent et arrangeant.

L'implantation des pièces dans une longère n'est pas évidente. J'ai préféré 2 grandes chambres et 2 petites à l'étage (voir photos). Le volet extérieur du Velux d'une chambre est bloqué depuis un mois, le réparateur Velux passe ce mardi, 1mois c'est le temps qu'il faut pour que le service après vente Velux ce déplace. Cordialement

Excellent Séjour

Logement très propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé. Au calme, à proximité d'Arras et de Lille. Propriétaire accueillant et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Excellent et agréable séjour. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
