★ Lost/Left Items - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Should you wish to receive your left behind items, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the guest plus a $29 handling fee. Must be fully paid first before sending out. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

You are welcome to park in the driveway of the duplex. Please park only by your apartment, as we share space with the neighboring unit. The entire home is yours to enjoy. We request that you take care of the space with the same grace you would do in your own home.

We manage multiple properties in the area, each with its quintessential appeal.

This gem is located in the old part of the town; you might find some interesting-looking houses along the street, which is part of the neighborhood's charm, but rest assured it's a safe locale. It's a top pick for guests when it comes to extended stays, and even for short-term stays! Overall, our properties already rendered 1100+ delightful nights to over 340 guests (and counting!). Oh! Did I forgot to tell you that we have an awesome security system?

It's very close to the Main street in Pineville. This means you are close to businesses and food. You also will be less than 5 mins from Rapides Regional Medical Center, and about 10 mins from Cabrini Hospital.

It is very close to the bus route. Otherwise, you will need a car to get around; Personal or Rental/Ride share (Über).

We are located in a very old area of town. As such, there are some not well maintained houses in the neighborhood. However, we have other locations, and guests in that area, lots of cameras, and a solid security system, which you would probably never need.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
