Lovely

Very beautiful and comfortable condo. Great deck and sunroom overlooking the lake. Spacious for 2 couples. Close to Branson’s attractions. Property management was very organized and kept in touch. Great stay!

Great Location

Beautiful condo, great location, stunning view. Only complaint was the mattresses on beds were very bad.

My friend and I planned a quick trip before the busyness of the holidays. We relaxed so much and did our Bible study every morning in the sun room.😊😊❤️

Beautiful views, Great location, This unit needs an Inspection

First off we arrived at Thousand Hills Clubhouse to check in, and after a 10 hour drive from Minnesota, I’m told that our unit at The Majestic might not be ready because of a toilet issue. We were asked if we could wait until they could verify the issue had been resolved. We decided to just go to the unit and get unpacked, while driving to the unit they called me to let me know the toilet issue was fixed. Great News !! We were ready to start our vacation. The next morning I get up and try to make coffee, but the coffee maker won’t turn on… no matter how hard I try to flip the switch on the pot it will not budge. So I move the coffee maker to the island and try plugging it into a different outlet, the very second I put the plug into the receptacle, sparks fly everywhere and actually blow the on off switch right out of the pot !! In desperation I drove back into Branson and bought a new coffee maker. Here are a few more issues we experienced in this unit. Kitchen sink on right hand side would not drain, and the garbage disposal did not work. We discovered broken glass in the kitchen and in the carpet next to the kitchen.. more broken glass in the master bathroom. There are two wall clocks in this unit and neither of them work, and yes we tried new batteries. We have stayed in many VRBO units previously, this is the only one that didn’t even have a salt and pepper shaker. No tin foil, no Saran Wrap, not even a single baggie. The unit, the location and the view are 5 stars.

While we're glad the location and views lived up to expectations—and that the toilet issue was quickly resolved—we understand how frustrating the situation with the coffee maker and kitchen functionality must have been, especially after a long drive. We also sincerely apologize for the safety concerns with the broken glass and the overall lack of basic kitchen supplies that you reasonably expected. Please know that your feedback has been shared with both our maintenance and housekeeping teams so these matters can be addressed promptly. We agree that this unit needs a full inspection, and we are taking steps to ensure these concerns are resolved for future guests. We truly appreciate your honesty and patience, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the high-quality experience you deserve.

Long lake weekend

Loved it! Cool condo w neat layout. 2 separate master rooms w bathrooms. 4 separate tv areas. Large kitchen. Beautiful sunroom w big gorgeous view of the lake and the Chateau in the distance.

Very nice home

We really enjoyed ourselves on this weekend getaway. We loved the condo so much that we want to make it a yearly tradition.
