The studio is located within a private vineyard estate nestled in the scenic hills between Templeton and Paso Robles, in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country. A uniquely beautiful private setting with expansive lawn, a beautifully landscaped pond, lined with sycamore, and redwood trees, and our two resident swans. This studio is an upstairs guest unit with private entry and outdoor deck. There are two other units on the property, the main house (Vrbo 2107052) and downstairs guest unit.

Beautiful getaway in rolling hills wine country

The location is terrific, with beautiful scenery surrounding it. The unit is large and the kitchen is open and very well-stocked. The host provides a guest subscription to Netflix, which is great. All amenities are thought of, including an extra heater, outdoor grill, keurig coffee pods, etc.

Perfectly pleasant

Adorable upper unit. Could easily sleep 3 with the big sectional. Very clean and on a beautifully quiet estate. *bring own shampoo and conditioner if you need them separately. Unit has AC wall unit thankfully but if you don’t like white noise, bring earplugs. Didn’t bother Ilya at all. We would stay here again!

Family SLO graduation

Our extended family stayed in the main house and our little family of 4 stayed in the guest house. It was the perfect size for all four of us and was a wonderful and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back to enjoy all of the wineries.

Quaint and Remote

The unit sits above the property managers housing. The property is beautiful and well kept, destination is remote and isolated. The unit is small so if you are looking for space this is not the spot, you can hear some of the property managers noise, but overall has all the necessities you need and is a cute and clean spot for two.

SERENE. CLEAN. SURPRISINGLY PERFECT.

We could have stayed in the heart of Paso, but it was extremely expensive in Oct. and hard to come by. When I stumbled upon the hummingbird house, I booked cautiously, as photos can often mis-represent. Upon arrival, WE WERE BLOWN AWAY with the grounds. JUST BEAUTIFUL. Vineyards. Ponds. Horses. Sheep. Swans! AND OHHHHH, so quiet. We NEVER sleep in, but we did...until 9:30am! Shocker. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Great little getaway

Lovely property, beautiful grounds, serene. Accommodations were charming; nicely furnished and well equipped! Very responsive management. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet getaway

Beautiful property. The upstairs studio looked just like in the photos. It was clean and comfortable to be in. The surrounding area was quiet and serene. We were greeted by three friendly cats by our car every time we just drove back. Highly recommend for couples.

Lovely stay on a beautiful and tranquil property

We had such a great stay at the Hummingbird House. Christine was so helpful in organizing our visit - we set up a few events at the space - and we absolutely loved the property. The home was clean, the bedrooms were great for couples, and the yard and pool were a really wonderful place to enjoy the warm summer days. Would highly recommend for groups of friends, a family, or for outdoor events! Thanks so much for having us.
