RIMFIRE 322 -1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - This unit is equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa. Full bath with a queen bed in the bedroom. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on. VILLAGE VIEW

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Bike Friendly Lodging.

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Mini ski trip

We loved our stay. Great view of the village with all the Christians decorations added a nice touch. Room was clean and cosy. Would stay again.

Good stay in the village`

Place is as advertised and perfect spot in the village. There are seem infrastructure issues in SnowShoe (very poor signal, wifi and we had no cable service in room) so be prepared for that given it's remote location

Excellent Stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. It's right in the village and walking distance to the slopes and everything. The only complaint was the wifi strength was pretty bad and most apps couldn't even load. Other than that, it was excellent.

Christmas Getaway

If you're expecting luxury, this might not be the place, but if you're expecting cozy, humble, antique, and most importantly, comfortable, this is your place. The small town connection between these inns is most magical and cozy, containing from the best coffee we've tasted, to a waffle and tea and apple cider cabin, to small, sweet-smelling shops with body care products and tasty treats, to a functional ski and snowboard rental, and so much more!

Good location

Located right in the village. Was worried it would be loud, but things quiet down nicely and the view from the balcony of the village is nice. Ski locker is convenient (but small). Unit is nice and decently stocked (could use some more pots and pans, since we like to cook). The garage is not for large vehicles, my full size truck was a foot too tall. Check down below is not as convenient when coming from the east, but we have done it a bunch. We extended our stay prior to coming and our keys were incorrectly programmed, so that made for some interesting time trying to get back into unit, but management responded quickly.

Great Property in Great Location

This was a nice little condo right in the downtown village of Snowshoe Mountain. The convenience was definitely worth the stay - close to skiing, as well as restaurants and shops. The Casago staff was really responsive leading up to the trip too.

Had a great stay. Room was just as promised. Great location. Easy walk to slopes and village. A little confusion with check in. But I didn’t read my emails. So my fault. Only down side the door does not have a high lock so toddler was able to open door.

Lack of communication was frustrating! Also there is remodeling going on so hallways were appalling! With that said! The room itself was lovely and clean! Location was perfect! Snowshoe village was literally at the back door and the view from the room onto the village was magical!

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
