One of two elevators down for maintainance. The working elevator barely worked and consistently had people stuck on it. Notified the front office to help the people that were stuck. We had to take the stairs up and down from floor 5 for our stay. Tried to use the shuttle service but was informed they discontinued shuttle service after their shuttle broke down and that service was no longer offered. Tried to get some wings from the restaurant. They were tasty until I got to the center and it was stone cold. The room sink and shower had hair in it (that wasn't ours). Front desk was not very helpful. Key cards kept not working which was frustrating to hike up to the 5th floor only to trek back down to get a new key and up again.

I was worried about the check-in and room reservation due to using a 3rd party site. Before my check in date i messaged the host. he told me to go in and give my name and the attendant would allow me to pick a room. When i walked in and gave my name the attendee pulled up my reservation request and he asked me what floor i wanted to be on. I requested the top floor and i was all set. I had a king size bed as requested through vrbo and all the hotel amities. This was easy booking, and perfect accommodations. we enjoyed our stay!

Can not recommend

Check in was 3pm. Our room was not ready until about 3:45. The room smelled of old smoke. Walls were paper thin. Ice maker did not work on our floor or floor above. Phone in room did not work and response time to text was dismal. The distance from the reception desk to elevators was oddly long. However, they did give us free breakfast at the buffet which was mediocre. The entire hotel is in desperate need of renovations.
