This was a beautiful rental, just as pictured! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for 6 of us. Great location! All amenities were top-notch: rooftop deck, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, washer/dryer. Easily walkable to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the condo was great! Very central and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The pool and rooftop deck were so nice to have and the place was very spacious! The only issue was the cleanliness of the place. Immediately when we walked in, there were crumbs and bugs crawling on the entry table. The towels ALL had a mildew smell like they weren’t fully dried when they were washed and we had to rewash all of them. 2 of us also had to wash our sheets as we were getting bitten by fleas at night in bed. The shower in my room was pretty gross. The caulking was coming off and it was all moldy and the white shower curtain had that orange mold on the bottom. Overall we liked it, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the cleanliness issue.

What a great place to stay in Clearwater, Florida. Close enough to the beach, just a short walk, but in a quite waterfront area great for spending quality time with family. The accommodations were awesome, the additional extras for guest is a big plus. They have a rolling cooler, bikes, beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The Kitchen Area has what you need and the dining area in the open concept room with the sliders to the balcony is great for having everyone together. The bedrooms are big and provide the ability for alone time when individuals need to unwind. While we did find an item that needed to be addressed, reaching out to the owner was easy and quick to address the issue. Exactly what you would want to have happen when you are on vacation. 5 stars to the location, accommodations and the host.

Had a wonderful time with family at this place! Close enough to walk to beach and restaurants for most of our party. Elevators very handy for suitcases and for my elderly family members who have a hard time going up and down stairs. Loved that we had plenty of beach towels and chairs since we flew. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing 10 Days

We had such a good time staying here. We had two families (9 people) and it did not feel crowded, there was so much space. The property is lovely and modern and we would 100% come back here again. Communication with Ken and Ellen was the best I have had from a host and could not fault them for anything.

Enjoyed our trip home!

Fantastic location for family trip home to watch our son graduate college. The host was quick to respond on a couple needs, and very supportive of our family during an emergency- I highly recommend.

We are a Midwestern couple from LeClaire, Iowa(Home of the History Channel Show, American Pickers!). We both grew up in the Midwest and met later in life. We met online (Yes there are success stories!!) which was a miracle because my husband was from a very small town in Illinois about an hour from me and we never would have met without technology!
We are now empty nesters. When we are not working we love to travel, scuba dive, golf, and be in the sun! We love the Midwest, too, but do not care much for winter. So we ended up coming to Florida a few years ago and we love it here in the Sunshine state!
We have 3 children together and they are all very successful and happy young people that we are very, very proud of. We now have 1 Grandchild near Chicago and are hoping for more soon!
We bought this great property and added some new technology, amenities and beachy touches and hope to share them with you!

We absolutely love the Florida Gulf beaches and this area. There is so much to see and do and the area is now our home-we couldn't be happier living here and we are only minutes away from the property.
We bought this one because it had everything we were looking for at Clearwater Beach…The most fabulous views of the water, the terrace, the location, the fact that you can walk to everything! We absolutely love it and hope you do too!

Views, Views and more Views…Walkout from the living room, lower level or to the rooftop terrace.This condo has updates that most condos simply do not have. Newer beds, furniture, decor, technology, terrace, games, TVs, elevator and everything!!!!
The complex is highly sought after and has a pool shared by only a few. The location is perfect and close to all of our favorite restaurants and you can walk to them….It's just fabulous and we always look forward to going to it!!!!
