Private basement unit, spacious, tastefully furnished with pvt entrance, on golf course. Lush green backyard, grilling. 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchennett, and spacious living and dining area. Free wifi, and laundry (1 load/wk at a mutually convenient time,additional loads will be charged). 5 mins from major highways, 15 minutes to Annapolis, 30 to Baltimore and Washington DC. Smoking in or around property and aerosols or airfresheners are strictly not allowed. No additional guests due to Covid19

The space
Tastefully decorated and furnished for comfort. Self sufficient with minimum amenities needed for functional living. Private entrance. Path is well lit at night. Scenic backyard and neighborhood. Grill. Safe and quiet. Comfortable for resting, working, tourism, dining, nature walks, jogging. Close to literally everything yet removed from urban stress. With clear communication we can accommodate reasonable needs. Thorough cleaning done keeping Covid-19 precautions in mind.

Everything we were hoping for

We stayed to have a clean and quiet place to sleep while visiting family in the area. Host was super easy to communicate with and the experience was seamless. The place was clean and comfortable and check-in and out were as easy as it could have been. Thanks!

Rugby Game at Naval Academy

We arrived very late, but check in was very easy and we did not need to disturb anyone. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly to inquiries. Unit was neat and clean. Neighborhood was safe.

I sincerely strive to make your stay pleasant. The place is tastefully decorated with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. I have happy guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

A lot of space. Homely, comfortable and tastefully put together. A spacious veranda overlooking the golf course. All essentials and shopping within 5 minutes distance, at the same time, a private neighborhood, quiet, and safe.

Can get to Washington DC (1/2 hour), Annapolis (15 mins), and Baltimore (1/2 hour) with comfortable drive, rather than stay in the cities and pay those prices as well as deal with expensive parking, the noise, and the traffic.

Very pleasant walks and nature around. If you wake up early you can catch beautiful Sunrise, and Sunsets are very pleasant as well. In Summer, a lot of birds in the area and walks are very pleasant.
