We had a great ocean view. We sat on the balcony and had our coffee while watching the sun rise. The place was clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit South Myrtle Beach.

The place was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is removing the carpet in the living area because the eating table /murphy bed is there and change the couch not very comfortable it is worn out.

Great condo!

Condo was just as described. Beautiful view on balcony and shaded mostly through day so enjoyed often. Would definitely stay at this condo again. The bldg itself is older and has the normal wear and tear from being oceanfront and the pool’s aren’t great if thats what you’re interested in. Being there for the beach, this condo was convenient, efficient, and good location. Beach area wasn’t overly crowded with people either. Would recommend this condo, worked well for group of 5.

Everything was as it was stated to be. Nice condo with a great view. Interior was clean and kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. It does sleep 6 with the 2 queen beds, Murphy bed, and sofa sleeper. Would stay again but with less people. Once you’re in the condo to eat or relax it becomes very crowded!

Lipstick on a pig... If you don't mind the smelly building, it's a decent spot to visit the beach. I didn’t like that I had to pay an extra 35 for a damage deposit just to get access to the property. Not worth the penny-pinching hassle.STAYED ONE DAY...THAT WAS ENOUGH.

Myrtle Beach is a great family vacation destination

Overall we had a fantastic trip in Myrtle Beach but the condo was disappointing. The positives are that it is in a good area with easy access to the beach. The check in process was easy and I received text messages with check out instructions. The layout of the condo was nice. It’s a good economical choice for average accommodation. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and comparable to staying in a RV. The kitchen was sparsely furnished with terrible cookware that you couldn’t cook in. Also the parking garage is so tight, don’t drive larger than a midsized vehicle or you won’t be able to park. I chose this condo bc of its exceptional rating but if you have medium expectations I would book somewhere else.

Beach Getaway

I’m a senior citizen who works part time in IN. I was born nwar MB and spent most of my childhood summers visiting my grandparents. I still have an aunt and uncle and several cousins who are scattered across SC and as close as half the an hour away. During my semi retirement years I have been able to travel to the area a few times and considering permanent retirement in the vicinity. I still think of it as coming back to my roots. I absolutely loved this place and would love to return next time.

Great Week at the Beach

Property was really great. Proximity to the beach is key for us and we could just load a wagon, hop on the elevator, and walk right onto the sandy beach. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our kids. Exercise room was adequate for a place like this. Great stay!

well maintained with beachfront view

Very nice unit with beachfront view and property amenities. We would give all 5's except for the onsite management's very slow handling of a loud party in a nearby unit continuing after midnight on Friday. After calling them 3 times, the noise finally stopped.

Excellent property, stay and management

Huge thumbs up for this Myrtle Beach property, stay and manager, Todd B. Will definitely look to re-rent next year and probably for longer stay. All positive’s here with Unit and in particular, manager Todd B. We had some travel issues of our own and arrived late our first night frazzled and a bit lost, and Todd was immediately responsive in giving us direction and guidance. The whole trip and Unit was excellent throughout. Kudos to Todd B. for excellent, professional property management, as well

Myrtle Beach Condo

The condo was beautiful. Loved the view. I wish there was more toilet paper. One roll for 7 days definitely not sufficient. There were plenty of bath towels. Only 3 wash cloths. One lonely dish towel in the kitchen. No dish soap for the dishwasher. One little pod of laundry soap .We were there 7 days I gave you a five star rating for the decor and the view. You get the bare minimum here. I rented a home in Charleston that host was amazing. I wanted for nothing. You name it that home had it. So please consider the amount on time people are staying in this condo and provide the necessary items for a fantastic stay. Olivia W. California

Very comfortable with an ocean view

This unit is on the 11th floor with a side view of the beach and ocean. The unit is nicely appointed with updated appliances and the small balcony was wonderful. Check in was a breeze and the property owner was very responsive. The unit is awesome, but the building itself looks a bit neglected. There is an indoor pool, lazy river, hot tub and children’s splash area on the ground floor of the building that definitely needs some attention. The splash area was roped off with caution tape and the other pools looked dirty. It could just be that the pool floors need dot be painted, but they looked dirty even if they weren’t. The outdoor pool was nice, but very small. The indoor pool situation was made up for being right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit to others. If the indoor pools were cleaned and painted, this would be an ideal winter getaway location.
