You'll find plenty of shade to grill and dine alfresco, a firepit you can gather around each evening, and a beautiful indoor living space with vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, and a modern, stone-encased fireplace that perfectly sets the mood at night.

This home is located on a corner property a few minutes' drive from downtown Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. El Paseo, the famous district of Palm Desert known for its high-end restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife, is three miles south, while Rancho Mirage's restaurant row at The River is two miles west. If you're a golfer, you'll have your pick of dozens of championship golf courses in the area; if you're a tennis enthusiast, time your visit for the BNP Paribas Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden six miles southeast.

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras mounted above the garage door, front door, and both sides of the home. They face the driveway, the walkway to the front door, and the side of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
