Restored 1880 Farmhouse Modern Amenities & Direct Access to Tall Pines ATV Park

The Blue Bird Tourist Home at the Hann Homestead is an 1880 farmhouse vacation rental in Andover NY. We have direct access to Tall Pines ATV Park, unload your trailers here and ride your machines right up the seasonal road to the park. The house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On first floor is 1 king bedroom and 1 full size bedroom and main floor bathroom. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with 5 queen size beds and a full bathroom. All beds have new pillow top mattresses, we use the softest linens and EVERY layer of our beds are washed after each checkout, we would expect no less for ourselves let alone guests! The bathrooms are fully stocked with fluffy towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and custom butcher block counter tops, there is a gas grill and also a HUGE fire pit in the yard next to our little babbling brook. We are ATV friendly and have onsite trout fishing on Dyke Creek.

At the Blue Bird we require a 2 night minimum, there is 3 night minimum on holiday weekends including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
