This family accommodation (T2 Duplex) is close to all sites and amenities; for cures, skiing, stay in the mountains.

All comforts, eastern exposure with beautiful view of the mountains.

Located in the city center on the Allées d'Etigny 100m from the gondola (ski) and 200m from the thermal baths, on the 3rd and last floor with elevator of a classified, quiet and secure residence.

Located 30 minutes from Balnéa (thermo-ludic center with swimming pool, sauna, hammam, Inka, Roman, Japanese baths, cryotherapy, jacuzzi, ...).

On the first floor, a living space, living room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, a bedroom that can be separated into 2, equipped with a 140 bed, 2 90 bunk beds.

Ski locker and bicycle garage available.
Free Wi-Fi.

Sheets (10€ per pair) and towels (11€ for 4 people) on request.

Retour à Luchon et il n'était pas question d'aller ailleurs que ce logement.Les contacts avec Julien, le propriétaire, se sont fait naturellement.Accueil par madame Réjeanne dans le logement.La cuisine a été refaite et est toute neuve. Et pratique !Il a fait très chaud, et la nuit à la chambre de l'étage sous le toit se passait fenêtre ouverte, ce qui ne pose aucun problème, l'endroit est très calme, le logement donne sur la rue des Martyrs, opposée à la rue passante d'Etigny.Situation idéale, au coeur de la ville, commerces, boutiques, restaurants, supérette, pas plus de cinq minutes de marche !Essayer ce logement, c'est l'adopter !Merci encore Julien.Frédéric.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rejeanne qui a été à l’écoute, réactive et d’une grande gentillesse.L’appartement est idéalement situé :tout prés des commerces et face aux œufs. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent week end.

Location bien située

Location bien située, en plein centre ville. La télécabine mentionnée dans l'annonce n'était pas fonctionnelle durant cette saison mais le loueur a immédiatement fait un geste commercial. La cuisine serait à rénover comme mentionnée dans les commentaires, notamment le frigo. Le logement était assez poussiéreux. Il faudrait que chacun laisse le logement comme il souhaiterait le trouver ... Le loueur est réactif lors des messages échangés.

Le séjour à été très agréable et le gérant, Julien, est extrêmement sympathique et attentif aux besoins de ses occupants. Logement idéalement placé et jolie vue.

Très bon séjour

Le propriétaire et la gérante de la location sont des personnes charmantes. Ce n'est pas une simple transaction mais un échange humain et c'est très appréciable.

BONNE SITUATION ET VUE SUR MONTAGNE !

Très bonne situation pour l'appartement en plein centre avec les restaurants au bas de l'immeuble, proche des thermes. Pas de problème pour la réception des clés. Un bémol, le frigo qui n'en peut plus. Je n'ai pas fait de cuisine, mais le filtre de la hotte a vraiment besoin d'un nettoyage !
