The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious duplex, completely renovated and ideally located a stone's throw from the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four people.
The duplex includes on the lower floor:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), unlimited Wi-Fi access, a Smart TV and storage space.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
On the upper floor:
• A bedroom upstairs: equipped with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.
• One bathroom: The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A laundry area: the apartment also has a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron and an ironing board.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:
You are staying in a prestigious and residential area of the 16th arrondissement, between Passy and Auteuil, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a calm, elegant and typically Parisian atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Carette Passy, Le Stella or La Fontaine de Mars, and lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Le Suffren or Chez Françoise, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Franprix, Carrefour City, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The neighborhood's shopping streets and avenues also offer elegant boutiques and pleasant terraces for strolling. Finding your way to our chic duplex is a breeze, thanks to Paris's excellent public transport system and the strategic location of the apartment!
Arriving by Metro:
Closest Metro Station: Trocadero (Line 6 & 9). A mere 5-minute walk from the station will lead you to our doorstep. The metro provides quick and easy access to major Parisian attractions and other districts.
Arriving by Train:
If you're coming from major train stations like Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon, hop onto the metro lines that connect you to Trocadero station. Transfers are seamless, and Paris's metro system is renowned for its efficiency.
Arriving by Air:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport, you can take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles. Transfer to Metro Line 1 towards La Défense until Franklin D. Roosevelt. Change to Line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres and get off at Trocadero.
From Orly Airport, take the Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and exit at Trocadero.
Buses & More:
Numerous bus lines service the area, providing flexible routes throughout Paris. Plus, the nearby Seine River banks have several Batobus (river shuttle) stops, offering a scenic way to explore the city!

We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.
Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.
Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
