Double Garage included - 5 minutes walk from the centerCHAL29It comprises 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed 140 x 190 + 2 single beds 1 bunk space 90 x 190 in one and 1 double bed (140 x 190) in the other, BZ in living room (1 person), 1 baby bed - duvets ) - In the living room fully enjoy the fireplace with wood available - bathroom - wc - laundry with washing machine - independent kitchen where you fear to eat 4 people. opening onto a terrace facing south. Equipment : Fridge, Dishwasher, Electric coffee maker, Microwave, Toaster, Multifunction mixer, 4f cooker. gas (electric furnace)+ gas lighter, hood.200 m from the shops and 500 m from the ski.Pedestrian access by stairs on a gentle slope on 55 m (118 steps), cleared in winter. Pack backpack style luggage or shoulder straps rather than large suitcases. Remarks: Garage for car and skis (bottom stairs). Animals on request. 90€/week extra charges in winter. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
