Boasting two full kitchens and six private bedrooms, this home combines comfort and functionality seamlessly. Centrally situated in a secure Dallas neighborhood, mere minutes from downtown, it ensures a memorable stay with effortless self-check-in/out.

Welcome to this expansive open-concept retreat, ideal for larger gatherings seeking ample space. The generously sized bedrooms offer secluded havens for privacy, including a palatial master suite and a convenient mother-in-law suite, complete with its own kitchen and entertainment amenities. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms await, all equipped with ceiling fans and Smart TVs.

Step outside to discover an extraordinary outdoor oasis, seamlessly connected to the living areas, kitchen, and master suite. Grill up a feast on the Gas BBQ while friends enjoy the pool and firepit area, or soak up the sun on the provided lounge chairs. The pool does not need to be heated from May 15th to October 1st. Pool heating is $200 per day with a 2-day minimum.

Pool heating is not needed or offered from May 15th to October 1st.
1. We do not allow visitors on the property at any time unless prior approval is granted. Unauthorized visitors will result in a $100 penalty per day per guest.
2. No smoking. If the property smells of smoke it is an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Great and spacious property

The check in process was easy and fast. The house was very spacious and beautiful. My family and ai enjoyed the pool and living room to be able to spend quality time together. The property is in such a great location and close to the Dallas downtown and surroundings. As well the house was overall nice and spacious, it felt very much at home.

If you need large living areas, this place is perfect. There are less bedrooms than you might realize, for the square footage and number of beds advertised. Everything is in good shape. Home and furniture were clean. The pool needs some TLC.

Dallas Team Meeting

The house is very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and work and had nice places to come together for discussion. The kitchen and bar were stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We walked to Starbucks, a taco restaurant, etc. Short drive to our office. Bedrooms had extra blankets, pillows, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Mansion To Kick Back and Relax With Family and Friends

Blake and his co-host were both great and communicated promptly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a group and need space. Pool is great and overall I rate this at five stars! Enjoy!

Pictures Lie

This house is nothing but a quick way to make money everything in this house is cheap. Damages all over the place. So take pictures!! I wanted to spend time with family in the area. I should have just flown them in. This house is way over priced. My dogs house has better upgrades.

Clean and easy

Property managers were super helpful with booking, and the property was clean when get got there. We couldn’t get the TV’s/wifi to turn on, but didn’t even message the manager because we were pretty busy regardless. Overall great stay

Spacious

Pros: Very spacious. Lots of room for a large group to disperse or all gather together. Good assortment of kitchen items. Walkable to food places Pool, ping pong table, pool table etc were all fun additions to the house Extra 1/2 bath not on listing was a pleasant surprise. Cons: Listing says Wi-Fi, which is technically true. But the internet was unusable (24 kbps if we could connect at all). This made all the TVs unusable since the only option is to stream. I reached out to the owner and they advised to reset the router, which we did, and they did not respond when we told them it still wasn't working (we have very tech savvy people in the group to troubleshoot). One bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom. One bathroom is attached to a bedroom and has a door to the hallway, but none of the doors have locks on them.

Spacious accommodation and great location!

Our family was able to enjoy the holidays thanks to all the various living spaces in this house. There was plenty to do recreation wise and all worked perfect for preparing large family meals, kitchen was well stocked !

Spacious but very outdated and worn

The property was large which we needed. But we expected a premier property for the price charged. It was dated, carpets old with dirt around the edges and frayed, old tattered and worn drapes, rotted trim work, oven not clean and we found several bugs inside. It was also cold feeling due the large space and significant lack of decor. Pictures they had online did not portray how worn and cold it was/felt. I reached out to the property manager after in hopes they would make a concession given the gap between actual vs portrayed and she said the owner will do nothing. Disappointing.

Great spacious house

The house was great, I stayed there with my family, we were 12 adults and 4 small kids and we had a great time. The management for the property was AMAZING, they answered to all our questions and solved the small issues that came up very very quickly, they were really exceptional. The house itself is great, spacious and comfortable, we took advantage of all the areas and had a great time, but for us this were the issues we found: 1. One of the rooms is inside another room, you have to go through it to get to it, so keep that in mind if you are not staying with family. 2. The upstairs bathroom that is shared between 3 room does not have a lock in any of the 2 doors which is inconvenient. That same bathroom does not have any space to hang the towels, we ended up hanging them on the railway. 3. Most of the rooms let a lot of light through, we tried covering some of the windows without much improvement, so bring your eye masks if you like the darkness. 4. The rooms do not have drawers to put the clothes away. 5. The pool is a bit small for the size of the house. Overall is a great house, and the management really made the experience a very enjoyable one, we would stay there again, and with a small investment they can make it even better!

A Family event that will live in our memories

We spent a weekend at this Grand Estate to celebrate our families being joined. We we able to enjoy all the property had to offer(minutes the pool, it was a tad nippy out). From the enormous great room with a perfect bar-cove, to the small attached suite with a pool table, foose ball table and TV area. The master suite was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for the out of town guests. Thank you to the owners of the property for keeping such a beautiful property. I recommend this for anything….. but we were discussing what an amazing family holiday retreat this home would be for groups of friends and their children. Multiple kitchens also makes this awesome if you have some chefs/cooks in your group!!! Thank you Blake and Amparo!!!
