Surveillance cameras located outside the Villa.<br>Parking outside the property is prohibited.<br>Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Ashtrays are available in the garden and on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.<br>Festive events are not allowed outside the disco room. Respect for the neighbours is essential.<br>COMPLETE SILENCE AT 22:00 OUTSIDE - The villa is located in a very quiet hamlet. Screaming, honking or excessive noises not tolerated.<br>The number of guests listed should be the number of people in the accommodation during the day and night. <br>We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any of these conditions are not met.<br>Towels not provided.
