OCEAN FRONT condo in beautiful Wildwood Crest. This condo is a third floor, direct ocean front end unit so you can sit outside and enjoy the incredible view without being disturbed by people walking past. This is a smoke free unit.

The bedroom has a queen bed and very sturdy bunks consisting of two twin mattresses. (Guests must provide their own linens and towels ) There is plenty of drawer space and newly updated plank flooring. The kitchen is well stocked and has a 2 burner cooktop, microwave oven, plenty of extras and a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig. The bathroom is completely updated. It is clean and bright with a tub and shower combo. The sitting room is tastefully decorated consisting of a couch, love seat, coffee and end tables, Smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Hulu is provided for viewing, live TV, sports, kids programing, and streaming shows. The dining table is conveniently placed next to the window so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you prefer to dine “Al fresco” Summer Sands boasts several decks with *tables and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy. The property also has many sun loungers, two heated swimming pools, 6 gas grills and an elevator for your convenience. This condo comes with a one car assigned parking spot.

*deck furniture and pools are seasonal use only; one grill remains available during non-prime season.

Take advantage of the Jitney in the summer months to ride to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and many wonderful restaurants. Then return to the quiet location of the Summer Sands away from the crowds. Relax on the balcony at the end of the day watching the waves.

Great place. Would have been perfect until the running back and forth of little feet above us and loud neighbors. No fault of the owner who was very responsive to any of our inquiries. New Jersey adds a sizable fee for VRBOs making the price much higher otherwise the price would have been appropriate.

Nice location right on the beach. The property was clean, the hosts communicated very well, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The parking spot is VERY tight as it is next to a concrete wall and has a utility pole that partially protrudes into it. It's manageable, but a larger vehicle might struggle. We enjoyed our stay here.Please be advised that at the time of this review, several images in the listing have been virtually staged or enhanced using AI tools.

The ocean view out our window was beautiful, amazing and just – well – awesome! The beach was easily accessible with short walk from the property. My husband needs to use a cane and our walking abilities are limited due to age and whatnot, but sitting in the 2 Adirondack chairs on the balcony immediately in front of our condo was so great! Coffee with the sunrise in the early AM – so lovely. Shaded view in the afternoon. We were an end unit on 3rd level so no one walked past our section. Of course, WWC’s beach is SO WIDE - (Found out that you can call the WW Crest Beach patrol and they will whisk you down in their beach buggy to the ocean water.) We made a lot of use of the elevator in the building, and especially their luggage trolleys on moving in and out days! Having an assigned parking spot was convenient. Overall location: very good. It was fast/easy to get to the WW boardwalk and Cape May for some nice dinners. The condo’s kitchen was cheerful and laid out very nicely. A/C TV Internet: pleasing for some downtime… the "Practical": in addition to your bed linen/towels, bring some kitchen towels, scrubbie, a roll of Paper towels, TP, and plastic bags. No dishwasher or oven – but honestly I didn’t wanna cook anyway! Leftovers from meals-out, reheated in a small microwave suited us just fine. As an older person, I was a tiny bit worried that it wouldn’t work out for us. But, it did -- We enjoyed ourselves!

Great get-away

Perfect for our 38th anniversary. We loved sitting on the porch with coffee watching the ocean waves. Close to Cape May for shopping and dinners.

Ideal And Beautiful Location

Views from the room are amazing. Love the nook that you get outside on the terrace. Walking distance to boardwalk but away from all the craziness. Beautiful coastal decor inside.

This condo was as represented, comfortable and afforded a great oceanfront vista. The corner balcony provided a quiet place to overlook the beach. The owners were quickly responsive to any comments sent to them. The elevator is a plus for anyone who has difficulty with stairs and is close to the parking space. We had a very pleasant few days and would consider returning in the future.

Perfect weekend getaway with stunning view!

Had a fabulous winter weekend visit. The property has a beautiful view. The condo was exactly as stated on VRBO. Trish & Brian were wonderful and responsive hosts. Highly recommended. I hope to stay again!
