In the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré, this sea view apartment will seduce you in all seasons. The Clapotis building was renovated in 2021 and has two architect-designed apartments of 65m2 contained on the same floor with one and two bedrooms that can be rented together in the then private building or separately with high-end services.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

The apartment is really beautiful with views out to the sea and windows on 3 aspects making it lovely and light. Its a short walk to the centre of La Flotte where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Easy access to walk the coast path. The apartment has everything you need. All communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Eine FeWo zum Wohlfühlen

In dieser FeWo haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Top Lage, Meersicht mit Sicht auf den Spielplatz. Es hat alles was es braucht: Kaffemaschine, Abwasch- und Waschmaschine, TV etc. Hoher Komfort. Mit Goodies zum Geniessen von der Verwaltung! Informationen zum Check-in im Voraus. Der Preis eher an der Obergrenze, weil auch noch Extras wie Bettwäsche dazu kommt. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.
