In the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré, this sea view apartment will seduce you in all seasons. The Clapotis building was renovated in 2021 and has two architect-designed apartments of 65m2 contained on the same floor with one and two bedrooms that can be rented together in the then private building or separately with high-end services.
