A perfect North side Naples location. Located on the north side of Naples, you won’t have private jets flying over your residence as you would in downtown Naples/5th Avenue area.
Walk to Mercato (fine dining, outdoor classical environment, shopping and entertainment area with). Mercato has a Whole Foods, several coffee shops and plenty of dinning ranging from medium to high end establishments. Also perpendicular to Mercato is Publix grocery store as well as a Walgreens as second options all within steps of your residence.
Rest in 1360sq feet of a beautiful 2 story townhome. Both beds have Tempur-pedic covers for the ultimate rest. A spare Full size Tempur-pedic bed resides in one of the closets in case you have such a desire. Appreciate the benefits of having a garage. 2 pools and quiet space
A 7 minute bike ride to the beach. A walk to the beach can take 20-30 minutes depending on your speed.
**There is a one time $450 reference application to stay at this property billed separately. It’s not my decision but that of my association for everyone’s safety and well being. It will provide an additional level of comfort.

Lanai very unkempt and not pleasing to look at plus lanai doors difficult to open, close and lock. Thermostat could not be adjusted. Garbage drawer in kitchen wouldn't stay closed. No replacement light bulbs for recessed lights. Not enough light downstairs very dark. Garage door opener didn't work

Prefect Location in Naples
The unit was very clean and tastefully furnished and in a nice community of homes. But most appealing to us was its location with respect to the Mercato in the Vanderbilt Beach area of Naples. We could walk to this upscale shopping and restaurant strip as well as to Whole Foods. The Publix supermarket is across the road and Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton is a mile and a quarter away. Walking to points of interest is our thing and this location was perfect.

Very convenient location
Enjoyed walking to almost every place I wanted to go. Very nice people in the complex. Pool very enjoyable.

I am born and raised in SE Michigan in a town called Hartland, MI. My parents both met in college and had my older sister and I. I went to Michigan State University where I studied Packaging Sciences so I could re-invent packaging, save costs, reduce, waste and make some money. That didn't totally work just yet but I bought this investment property as a means to get away in winters and with Covid, I was further propelled to make this investment. I am sadly divorced but have my daughter 50% of the time. She absolutely loves Florida as does the rest of the family.

This property is, in my opinion, the best location in Naples. It's not downtown by the private airport and it is next to a prized area called Mercato. A 20 minute walk to the beach. 2 pools. I couldn't ask for anything better than this and. Since this community offers 30 day rentals. It allows me a chance to spend some time down there when I don't have a valued guest.
