Welcome to Roscoff, 200 meters from the charming little beach of Traon Erc'h. Villa Kergaro offers generous, bright living spaces overlooking the garden, pool and sea.

Not overlooked, the villa can accommodate 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, bathroom and two private shower rooms. The sea, the beach and the GR34 are only a stone's throw away. You'll find everything you need to enjoy a seaside environment that's sure to satisfy even the most discerning connoisseurs, as the comfort, convenience and location of this home are perfect. Roscoff, a small corsair town with a "petite cité de caractère" status, has preserved its 16th and 17th century architectural heritage. The town center and historic center are accessible on foot (approx. 7 minutes) or by bike. The exotic garden and marina with its restaurants are just 5 and 10 minutes away on foot.

Come and enjoy a breath of sea air and leave your worries and concerns behind for a relaxing stay, under the protection of Paul aurélien.

Great place to stay with family

The whole family ages from 8 years to 70 years enjoyed our holiday. The swimming pool and pool table were a great hit and used every day. The beautiful small beach with white sand was only a 5 minute stroll away.

A great property

A spacious and well appointed house, with a private garden and a heated pool. There is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of fridge space. The beds were comfortable. There is a good range of outdoor seating. The house is a short walk from a delightful sandy beach and from the botanic gardens.

Fabulous property in a superb location.

Well designed to make the most of the stunning sea views. The villa was well equipped and spacious. You can walk to a couple of small beaches and the botanic gardens in minutes. The beautiful old centre of Roscoff is also within walking distance. There's lots more to see within a short drive. Local markets and restaurants were superb. There are lots of walks, islands to explore & quirky architecture. We loved the villa and the area & look forward to returning.

We were impressed with the design and spaciousness of the the property and the nice way it was furnished. The only negative is that we feel upstairs bathroom is below standrad and needs an upgrade

A nice house near the beach

We liked the house overall. It is well located (only 5 mins from the beach but also close to the centre of Roscoff) and the pool was great for the kids. The open plan living / dining area is great. There were a few things that prevented this from being a 5 star review: the house could have been a bit cleaner (we found cobwebs in the corner of the kitchen), a previous guest’s rubbish was left in a drawer, the kitchen could have been better stocked (one chopping board, limited kitchen provisions) the WiFi was terrible and had very limited range, the grass around the pool area needed to be cut. But none of this stopped us from enjoying our stay, it would have just boosted it from a 4 star stay to a 5 star stay.

An unfortunate misunderstanding!

Sadly our stay ended badly, as the owner accused us of leaving the property in a very poor state of cleanliness and took 150 euros from my account to pay for extra cleaning. I was distraught, as this was not true as we left the property in an excellent state. I contacted VRBO who asked the owner to provide evidence which he could not and the owner refunded the money a few days later. Another point we had agreed on with the concierge was that we would check out of the property at 11am . I did not realise that we had to meet him to hand over keys . Because of the traffic we had to leave earlier. I thus tried to contact the concierge but after 2 phone calls that were not answered, we had to go, leaving the property in a very clean state with doors and steel gate shut and keys left on table. Understandably the owner thought we had abandoned the property without locking it. It was a sad ending to otherwise a lovely holiday and a beautiful property. Sadly I think the owner was so angry about us not being there when the concierge arrived and leaving the property unlocked that he fabricated that the property was left unclean and therefore took the money. I now know that keys must always be handed over. I have apologised to the owner I would not hesitate to recommend the property as long as you hand over the keys to the concierge at the end of your stay and check the property with him.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Kergaro in Roscoff. Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage, ist sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Kleinere Mängel wie einzelne defekte Steckdosen haben unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt, da es ausreichend Ausweichmöglichkeiten gab. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Lage und Größe des Hauses, Ausstattung im Wohn-und Essbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr, sehr schön!! Leider war das Haus bei Ankunft schmutzig, einige Steckdosen und Lichter haben nicht funktioniert, manch anderes bedurfte auch einiger Handgriffe und Reparaturen. Schade.

Formidable

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Pas une seule fausse note. La maison est magnifique, parfaitement équipée, toute proche de la plage. Petits et grands ont été ravis de profiter de la piscine. Nous remercions encore Julien qui nous a accueillis pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Endroit magnifique et super accueil

La maison est très agréable, très lumineuse, entourée d'un jardin rempli de fleurs et avec une piscine très bien entretenue. La maison possède tout l'équipement nécessaire. La literie est impeccable. Bref, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Les alentours sont superbes et Roscoff n'est qu'à 20 min à pied. Un grand merci pour l'accueil, les explications, les nombreux contacts. C'est très rassurant. A recommander sans hésiter.

Nettes Haus neben dem schönsten Strand in der Gegend

Großes Haus, sehr geräumiger schöner Wohnbereich mit Kamin. Eine große sehr gut ausgestaltete Küche (z.B. 2 Kühlschränke, 1 Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Kaffemaschine usw.) Der Strand mit weißem Sand ist einfach unglaublich und nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, Absoluter Geheimtipp! In die Stadt Roscoff läuft man ungefähr 15-20 MInuten, dort gibt es Creperien, sehr gute Restaurants und einen Wochenmarkt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Achtung: beim Check-in darauf achten, ob es Beschädigungen gibt und diese gleich melden, den Check-out persönlich machen und festhalten, ob alles in Ordnung ist und abgenommen wird. Wir hatten ein paar Diskussionen nach der Abreise, die jedoch am Ende von der Agentur professionell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst wurden.

Relaxing week

Close to a beach but a pool if the 200m is too far to walk. Also a pool table that got lots of use and a pleasant stroll into the old town for restaurants - great house for a Roscoff holiday.
