Grand Coquina is a 22-story building with the first 3 floors being common area. The common area features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor spa, his and hers steam room, atrium lobby, penthouse clubroom, 2 exercise rooms, a library, and an art room. The outdoor pool is located on the southern side of the building allowing for sunshine all day long. The clubroom has a dance floor, bar, large screen smart TV, a catering kitchen, and a large oceanfront balcony. This property has a large 3-story parking garage with no assigned parking. Grand Coquina is a two-week minimum rental building.
POOL AND BEACH ACCESS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO 2022 BACK TO BACK HURRICANES NICOLE AND IAN --INDOOR POOL IS OPEN Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
