Hurricane Update: Due to hurricane damage, most oceanfront condo complexes and hotels on the greater Daytona Beach Peninsula and beyond have closed beach access points and oceanfront pools. While the indoor pool and hot tub remain open, the outdoor pool deck and private beach access point at this complex did also sustain moderate damage that will need time to be repaired. The current timeline has the pool deck and beach steps closed through roughly May 2024. By September 2024 the complex is scheduled to have a brand new outdoor kitchen, paved firepit, and a totally new outdoor oceanfront deck. Reopening dates are not guaranteed and this is updated anytime there is new information. The indoor pool and hot tub are both open! The above-ground parking lot will have very limited parking until this project is complete.
There are still many accessible beach access points nearby in the meantime. This complex currently has a beach access point that is less than a 2 minute walk from Grand Coquina. It's located just one building over past Marbella Condominiums. Current prices reflect amenity closures and are as shown. Like every complex in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this complex or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Just a stone's throw from Grand Coquina is the Dunlawton Bridge featuring all the shops and restaurants on and near Dunlawton Avenue. Directly across from Grand Coquina is High Tides Restaurant and a convenience store. Local surf shops, Mini-Golf, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The second guest bedroom has a private balcony entrance and is bright and open during the daytime with a queen murphy bed that can be easily pulled down to use in the evening. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license.
