Private 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home just south of Rexburg in a beautiful secluded neighborhood. You'll love this little neighborhood and home so much, you'll be looking for a house before your trip is over.

The home is a 1900 square foot guest home with a garage and a private driveway. The home is on the beck quarter acre and the main house is on the front quarter acre so there is plenty of privacy.

Come enjoy eastern Idaho, Yellowstone, Jackson or Targhee at any season.

Wonderful stay… Great Hosts

We had a wonderful stay… great place for our family… there was a plumbing issue and the owners were on top of it immediately and got it resolved… we appreciate their quick response… would highly recommend this rental and the hosts and will check their rentals in the future if we are in the area again

Cold outside and very cozy inside!

It was a cold weekend stay but it was nice and cozy inside. The owner had the fireplace going for us so when we arrived it was warm and inviting right out of the gate. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful and Preston was very attentive throughout our stay. Nice and close to Rexburg which was what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

Cute home! Clean and spacious. Only 10 minutes from town. Plenty of space for our family of 8. Big yard for the kids to play in. Fun little play area outside for the kiddos. Comfortable beds. Great communication from Preston. Will definitely stay here again!

Great space to gather in!

The property had everything we needed including a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and extra space heaters for my family visiting from Hawaii. The pantry was stocked with all the things you forget to pick up, spices and even a bit of flour and sugar. It was great!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this place. It’s quiet and just comfortable. The best thing for me was the comfortable beds. I have neck problems and beds can make my pain worse. The bed there was so good I’m buying one when I get home. Our little granddaughters stayed several nights with us and loved playing in the loft area above the bedrooms. It’s spacious enough to throw a couple sleeping bags down and sleep there if you wanted. Our granddaughters watched movies and played with their dolls in them. It was like a tree house for them. It’s close to Rexburg and Idaho falls. You will enjoy your stay

Trip to Rexburg & BYUI

We needed a place to accommodate my wife and I along with both our parents so that we could attend commencement ceremonies for BYUI graduation. We also needed to stay the week to help our daughter get packed up and get moved back to Texas. This rental property was perfect for what we needed. It was warm, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities of home. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to.any needs that we had, which weren’t many. Proximity to Rexburg was only minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting th we area.

Great family rental!

We stayed here with our 2 kids! 2.5 years and 8 months. They loved the house, and toys! Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. The cows down the street were a big hit with the toddler! Very kind owners who communicate so quick. Favorite place to stay in Rexburg!

Great place to have a honeymoon

Way better than paying way more for a stuffy hotel room. It was nice to have the house all to ourselves. Great place to stay :) would recommend

Country quiet close to town

This was an excellent house for us! The quiet of the country, just 4 miles from town. The owners were very responsive to messages and questions. Their communication was clear also. The beds were comfortable, the open concept kitchen living area was spacious and inviting. We had kids and grandkids come for the day. The space was perfect. There were toys to play with also, which was nice. We had use of the garage which was great since it was winter. The decor was homey and inviting. We had all we needed and very much enjoyed our stay. Jeff, the owner gets 5 stars and the property for our purposes also gets 5 stars. We would recommend to others and we would stay again.

Best VRBO experience!

We've stayed at a few over the years... This was the Best! Best value by FAR, great house awesome space for families! New comfy furniture, completely stocked (equip) very handy, (I'm a chef.. OMGsh they had everything we needed). Clean, clean clean. Totally stocked with every cleaning product, etc we'd need to keep it clean. Bathrooms stocked full of anything we'd need including toiletries! Fun family games! Baby equipment/items! Lot's of space ... we had our family over that we were visiting in town to hang with us, they were very impressed too. I'd recommend this stay any time, to anyone. Got 2 kids attending BYU-I and I'll check this out every time to see if it's available!

Cozy and Clean

I'm not used to a house layout like this with the garage bays and laundry comprising the entire lower level, but the house was very clean, warm and cozy. Would stay here again!
