This accommodation consists (plan in the photos):

First floor:

Living room "Les Sardines": sofa for 4 people, armchair, flat screen TV, sound bar (connectable via Bluetooth), fireplace, large table for 9 people.

Fitted and equipped kitchen: large induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, extractor, combined microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, blender.

"Windsurfing" room: 160 cm bed (firm support mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper), fitted cupboard, 80X190 armchair.

Travel cot + organic bamboo mattress.

"Surf" room: 140 cm bed (firm support mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper) & 80 bunk bed: forbidden to a child not used to a high bed or a child too young (under eight years old), fitted cupboard, 80X190 armchair.

"Regatta" living room used in the bedroom: sofa bed (comfortable bed of 160 + mattress topper), 3-person sofa, wardrobe and desk (24-inch screen available)
Direct access to the terrace.

Bathroom: bathtub-shower, washing machine, hairdryer, shelves and heated towel rail.

Separate toilet.

FLOOR:

Master suite "Yachting" with private terrace and sea view: 160 cm bed (firm support mattress & removable memory foam mattress topper), wardrobe and dresser, 90X190 armchair + memory foam mattress topper.

Bathroom open to the bedroom with bath and toilet.

Outside:

Large terrace without vis-à-vis with all the garden furniture (BBQ, parasol, large table) and aperitif area (table and armchairs).

Racks for 4 bikes + closed bike room.
Outdoor surf racks and large basin to rinse the wetsuits.
Outdoor shower.
Large fixed drying rack for towels, wetsuits...

The garden, of 700m2, is fully enclosed and planted with trees (dune and pine forest atmosphere) - locking possible, for the safety of children.
3 hammocks installed under the pine trees to rest in peace and shade.

Bowling green.

Note: it is forbidden to climb trees, for safety reasons.

Parking:
1 space in the garden (in front of the garage) - access to an electric charging socket.
3 spaces in front of the gates and wicket gate of the house.
As the cul-de-sac is private, the spaces are necessarily dedicated to you.

The large gate at the entrance to the cul-de-sac has one of its leaves permanently closed, to avoid "wild" parking. Please do not open it: a car passes without hindrance in this configuration.

Public parking, outside the cul-de-sac, is also available.

Note: the garage of the house remains private and is therefore not included in the rental.


Practical information:

Cleaning is included in the rental. However, the house must be returned tidy and in a good condition.

The house is intended for a serene holiday, with respect for the place and the neighbourhood. We prefer to warn that parties with loud music, late noises... are not allowed.

Guests are not allowed to smoke in the accommodation.
Incandescent ashes and cigarette butts should not be thrown outside at the risk of generating a fire.

Pets are not accepted due to the risk of allergy from successive travellers.

You will also find all the information on the region, tourism activities, markets, entertainment, museums...

The tourist tax is added to the amount of the rental and will be paid in advance of your stay.
