Open floor plan with a tropical feel. During the winter months, this upstairs unit catches the trade winds and has a very comfortable breeze.
Small kitchenette with sink, hot plate, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, etc.
Private outdoor seating area off of the french doors makes it feel like you are in the mango trees.
Other things to note:
There are other long term tenants living in a separate portion of the property. The main entrance through the gate is shared. Parking for this space is street parking.
