2-room apartment (4 people) close to the center of Port Grimaud and the beach.
Terrace with a view on the canal and the boats in front of it.
Fully renovated: a walk-in shower, A/C, WIFI (from April onwards)
Private parking space next to the apartment.

This beautiful fully renovated apartment is located in a private residence closed by a gate.
It is composed of a living-room with a large sofa-bed (160cm-wide), a well-furnished open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, hotplates, Senseo coffee-machine, kettle, toaster) a bedroom with a large double bed (160cm-wide) and a shower-room with a walk-in shower and a washing-machine.
A/C in the bedroom and the living-room.
LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
WIFI
A South-East oriented terrace to enjoy the sun from breakfast until the mid-afternoon.
There is an electrical sunblind on the terrace if you prefer to hide from the sun.
A private parking space next to the apartment.

The beach is 500m far from the apartment ad the center is only 5-minute away by walk.
The bakery is about 2-minute far by walk.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles to go by boat to the center or to one of the beaches of Port Grimaud.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

Additional information:

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• Bed linen and towels not included in the booking. You can rent some in addition.
• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• A deposit by credit card will be requested upon your arrival. (500€)

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Yael hat immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, sobald ich eine Frage hatte. Die Lage des appartments ist zwar für Port Grimaud Verhältnisse etwas am Rand gelegen, jedoch für uns genau das was wir gesucht haben: ruhig, privat und trotzdem war alles super schnell erreicht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

ma copine et moi avons adoré le séjour. tout s'est bien passé. logement identique à la description. stylé, decoré avec goût, propre, moderne, nouveaux, accès facile au centre ville (à peine 5 minutes à pied) avec des restaurants sympas, pour aller à la plage env. 10 minutes. parking privé juste devant le logement. Yaël était très réactive, communication facile. c'était un plaisir ! nous recommandons à 100%!

The apartment is everything you need!

We had a lovely stay at Yael’s place in port grimaud. The apartment is right on the port, with views of the boats and bridges and minutes away from restaurants and the beach. I’d recommend visiting Gissan and also going into the town Grimaud (it’s beautiful). The apartment is everything you need, AC in both living room and bedroom was a real plus. Lovely and clean, super easy check in with great communication from Yael! We’ll definitely be back :)
