It's only 500 yards away from unobstructed beach access from Deer Lake State Park, easily accessible by the home's golf cart or bikes. Find a ping pong and pool table in the garage and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. The open kitchen and living room are the perfect place for everyone to sit back and relax. The chef's kitchen has 2 ovens, stainless steel appliances, and a bar area. The dining table can seat 8 for a meal. The primary bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed and attached bathroom with a shower. There is also a queen bedroom with a shared bathroom.

An additional living area is on the second floor that opens up to a porch with more seating. There are also 3 guest rooms on this floor.
