Villa Baïta is a typical family house full of charm, with a Basque character, with a surface of 130M2, surrounded by a garden for the children, ball games assured on the front, and especially 2 terraces, one for lunch and dinner on the kitchen side in full calm at the back, with plancha, another sheltered on the living room side with garden furniture (sofa and armchairs) for coffee break, reading...
Entirely renovated in 2020, the villa has kept its character, old floor, rounded openings, while adding comfort, light thanks to the openings on the garden and a simple and trendy decoration!

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities that the Bay of Arcachon offers!
Ideally located, you will be able to discover the charming district of the Ville d'Hiver, its mazes and alleys leading you to sumptuous 19th century villas.
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, bring some back from the market (don't go too late if you want them to be opened, and bring a container) then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre, in the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
